Answers: Send a certified reminder to the collection agency and tell them that you cannot receive phone call at work. Your company does not allow it.

Next, buy an answering machine for your house and blind your calls.

(I believe that the collection agencies own the right to contact you at your house during normal hours. But they do not hold the right to contact you at your job.) Collection agencies break the decree all the time and nil happens to them.

Good luck.
You could put in the picture them that they are stressing you out. If they call again, you will report them and a thrid time, sue them. You should transport at least one registered communication for varification.

how do companies compute their employee's net deductions approaching loans for example.

Answers: Companies don't. You are responsible for telling them what percentage of taxes require deduction. On the back of adjectives W-2's are the mathematical formula for determining your deduction. Not all "loans" warrant conclusion (Student loans for instance are not deductible; Home Mortgage interest is!). Be careful, since if you enjoy too little tax beside held...you will owe it back to the IRS next to penalty.
By calculator,I guess.
