.. and buying abroad can be exceptionally risky .. there are a LOT of cowboy builders slapping together giant rise flats in designated husbandry areas / without planning blessing (or even clear title to the land) ..
Finally you have to ask yourself .. IF you can achieve 'guaranteed' rents to cover the mortgage WHY don't the builders do it themselves (and keep adjectives the profits) ?
After all, the builder can gain commercial loans at much better rates that your mortgage .. so why would they sell to you unless they expected the property to drop surrounded by value and/or it to turn out to be impossible to rent at any clad rate ?
