Workplace Favoritism?
I work in a sale office and here is blatant favortisim towards one of the employees. she is a friend of the command and gets more perk than the other people. She doesn't hold very apt selling skills and is given accounts that already have sale and very trouble-free lead contacts. (we flog computer systems) Nothing is divided up by performance, the group of friends get all the well brought-up material and the rest of the group get the leftovers. This girl laughs and have a good time since she alreay have sales lacking working while the rest of us are busting our asses. And if you say anything you return with treated even worse.Answers: What is your question? If you are asking us is it just...no it is not fair. I hold seen duplicate type of situation where I used to work at. I purely ignored it similar to it is not happening and do my employment. I don't think you will acquire anything by mentioning this to anyone specially to the manager. That's bull but hey existence is never been generous. We just own to learn how to settlement with it.
