Question roughly personnel put on business license short wisdom!?

If two employees be put on a business license as vice president and treasurer, (without their knowledge for two years), does the employer owe them money? We found this out and want to know if they are owed any money the business brought contained by? Also, is this legal? L & I confirmed they be on the license, and could be liable if anything happens next to the company. But if your name is documented as the vice president, etc. shouldn't you be entitled to company money, even if you didn't know? We want to find this out beforehand they go into the L&I organization to remove them. Can an employer get into trouble for this? What should they do from here? They enjoy not told the employer they know this yet, they want to attain all the right info first. I do know the employer denied this a year ago though when someone asked. One final thing... what if one of these those has not be an employee for a year very soon? Any advise on what to do or where on earth to go? This is contained by WA state also. Thanks!

Answers: The employer owes them nothing unless it be specified in a contract. But be markedly careful. Those workers could be responsible for any debts incurred.

Where does the money ComEd get for including advertisement contained by beside our utility bill run?

Every time I open my ComEd Electric bill, there's 4 or 5 advertisement included. Usually, I just transport them back near my payment, but this time I included a transcribe stating the same ask I am asking here. I doubt it'd get acknowledged at the "pocket money center", so I was wondering if anyone here know where adjectives that money ComEd gets for including those advertisement with our bill, go? Shouldn't that money help to downsize our high spirit bills? Or, does it all travel in executive pockets? We're with the sole purpose a family of 4, there's NOT adjectives kinds of electronics plugged contained by and on all hours of daylight, we turn lights off when not surrounded by the room, etc. M-F no one is home most of the daylight. When we are home, we try to conserve energy as best as possible, but my electric bill monthly budget amount is $265.00! I know there's HUGE money in selling.why isn't it passed onto us in this time of dash crisis?

Answers: Some may go into executive pockets. Also some go to the salesperson that sold the advertising. The rest which from what I hear was around 50 percent goes into the standard income fund. It might save you a few pennies on your bill. Not significant but some.
