I want to go against my family circle plan near sprint?
I want to cancel this horrible company and verbs to verizon. I've only have this contract for about 6 months. What can I do?? Keep contained by mind it's a 2 year contract. I understand it's 200 for respectively phone that I cancel. My son broke his phone, I own insurance on it and they STILL want $50 to send him a foreign phone! Why have the insurance?? The roll with this company go on. My bill should be $130 but every month it's between $230 and $240. I want out! Please help. I own even gone to the store in personality. 2 of my phones were suppose to be blocked so my kids couldn't purchase anything. Weelllll after a $560 bill I found they never did it. Would I be stupid if I only walked away and agree to them charge me the HUGH fee?Answers: Considering their stock is crashing and they are loosing customers day by day and having massive layoffs, (good for you when negotiating) why not telephone them and tell them that you are going away unless they come up with a better situation for you. Also brand sure that they give you their autograph and the actual monthly fee inclusive of adjectives taxes and fees. I have be (unfortunately) with them for several years and from time to time when my bill get out of hand I call and covered all of the above and usually get what I wanted.
What i recommend is clutch the statement of your bill and highlight adjectives the areas that you got overcharged. Tell them to explain them to you. This is because you want to consult to them prepared and you want answers. If they also see the problem then you should request for adjectives the overcharges for all the statemetns that they overcharged you for.
You don't want them to hand over you wish washy answers. Make sure your confident surrounded by your findings and that you want things resolved.
The only problem next to this is... you will probably get transferred 3 or 4 times to the right rep after recitation your story 3 or 4 times. It's really time consuming.
I've had actual problems with them too and I am in actual fact still trying to resolve them 4 months after finishing my 2 year agreement.
