How much grease does it steal to produce one litre of petrol?
I'm trying to work out how much one litre of petrol costs in oil-price jargon, presuming oil to be $100/barrel (159 litres or 42 US gallons). 1 gallon = 3.78 litres.Answers: roughly, one 42 US gallon container of oil produces 50 US gallons, or 200 US quarts, of genteel products.
not all of that is to say petrol, of course. The refining products catalogue in category from Jet A down to asphalt suitable for paving motorways.
but all of the polite products are used for something.
over here in America, this make it relatively simple ... when the price of oil change a 1 USD, then we expect to see the pump price of gasoline renovate by 2 cents [us].

What do Human Resources in reality do?
I have only just been assigned to manipulate HR for an NGO related project. The guy that put me in charge didn't say-so what was expected of me contained by this project. I have no clue around HR.Can you give me the brass tacks? easy steps? for dummies?

Answers: human resources departments mostly promise with recruit, checking on workers, having workers present their problems and other stuff through you, processing their benefits and adjectives that stuff about work and workers.
Depends on the size of the business, but within a typical large business they will:
1. Conduct equal payment reviews to make sure in attendance is no discrimination contained by the reward system
2. Negotiate with Trade Unions concerning issues such as lingo and conditions of employment
3. Payroll management
4. Support business manager with staffing issues [note its not usually HR that hire or fire - its the business executive that takes the outcome with HR guidance]
5. Ensure at hand are procedures for staff and that they are compliant with legislation and fit best practice
6. Monitor strange legislation and ensure it is rolled out in business.
7. Ensure manager are appropriately trained to fulfil legal obligation particularly around Health & Safety and standard compliance
8. Monitor absence
9. Manage requests for reference.
10. Responsibility for general personnel nouns.
I am sure there are several others though.
