Overloaded WITH TELEPHONE CALLS!?
I run a fitness center and when I am out of the office I go and get many mobile phone inquires and have trouble keeping up on who call and when I need to give the name them back and It seem I am loosing many lead because of my inability to manage theese call effectivly. I was curious to see if near was any software out near that would assist me in keeping things contained by order. I am charitable of having matching problem with email as economically. So if you know of something for both...that would be awsome!!Answers: are you the only character there? if yes after hire some staff to get you call and do filing and other accounting work. if you already have someone in attendance then take them to pick up the phone and take a message.

Yes, they are still around. If you want to get some, try talking to your bank (preferably the head teller or CSR) and ask them if they have some or if they can order some for you when they place their change order.
*edit* When you go to make a request of a lead teller, wait until a slower time (not at lunch time), and be patient if they are tied up with another responsibility.
