We give the impression of being to be surrounded by a financial crisis contained by the bank sector.?
If you look at all the through financial institutions you see financial hardship coming. Do you ponder the government should bail them out and create a mega fund that will give support to prevent them subprime loans to get into evasion? I am talking roughly speaking a 1.5 trillion dollar fund, that is rewarded for by increasing taxes on all homeowners within the United States, the fund could not touched by congress of the executive branch. The fund is monitored by the Federal Reserve. What is your guys opinion?Answers: What you are seeing is a "realness check", rather than a "crisis".
In no other place within the world can you finance a house, or property, for MORE than it's "real" helpfulness.
Taxing home owners just penalize those who buy what they can afford and reward those that don't.
Any "hardship", material, or imagined, is the result of poor lending/borrowing practices, nothing more, zilch less.
How is it that big bank have need of $$$?
On the news. Getting $ from China ?Answers: Because they own been so STUPID, GREEDY or both. All the usual reason.
Simple, they lent more than they own. If everyone who had an narrative at the bank tried to repeal their money (bank run), the bank would not own enough money to allow this.
