I've never sold anything on ebay before but i am selling a brand different item on ebay. it usually goes for $165 and nearby are people selling from $65 -115 , but i down it and im new at ebay and solely have 1 honourable positive review (from the only point i bought there) and one 2 people enjoy bid on it - the highest be 37. the bidding is almost over but I luckily put a reserve on it so i can choose not to sell it at the finale. is it okay if i email the highest bidder and describe them that i chose not sell the item but if they could set a restrained price we could go for it. ?Answers: If the bidder meet your reserve price, you are obligated to sell the item. Don't try to do business with bidder outside of ebay. You are unusual to ebay, so follow the rules and don't try to get away near anything.

Help near buying a country type store.?
Facts:Wife's family have owned country type store since 1901.
Her uncle said some people from India offered him $300K to buy it plus $70K for the inventory. They are also going to pay cheque him $2500 a month for a 10 year lease.
He only owns 50% and his ailing mother owns the other 50%. He have two siblings and one is my wife's mother. She ( my wife's mother ) wants to try and buy the store up to that time he sells it to these other guys.
My question:
How might attain financing for such a venture. My wife's mother said she would know how to front $50 to $90 K from her retirement account for us but I'm not crazy in the region of putting her money at risk.
If his mother passes ( she's 96 ) I'm sure he will want his 1/3 of the remaining 50% and my wife's mother's sister will want her 1/3 of the 50%.
He said he will be retaining ownership of the property so they are solitary buying the business and leasing the store.
What type of revenue does it need to be generate?
