Answers: It's generally referring to the oil which is being purchased oversees on that day. I find that if oil is $90 today you will see that price reflective at the pump in about 5 days.

You can move about ahead and issue more shares to the existing shareholders, or to relatives and friends, etc. But don't place an ad and ask for investors. Only public companies can do that, next to the proper prospectus and all the other requirements.
Ebay im beneath 18 BUT...read details plz?
I want to have my own ebay statement. The problem though is that i am under 18 and as far as i know thats illicit. BUT my father has the SAME designation as me!! So if i get surrounded by trouble or ebay will want me to prove that i am an adult i could purely get my father to say aloud its his account or? I want to use my own debit card for it, that shouldnt be a problem any or?Answers: Don't do it! ebay will very at full tilt find out if you are underage or using some else's ID. You will be bounced out of ebay if you are lucky and the worst is that you'll end up surrounded by court. ebay is really cracking down on scammers and you would be scamming if you were not honest nearly who you were and your age.

If you want to buy or put up for sale on ebay you MUST be 18. The fact that your father have the same signature will not protect you. Ebay has ways to find out.
Make it graceful on yourself and have your father set up an vindication that he is responsible for.
If you are under 18 it is unendorsed. Simple as that. Why should you expect your dad be held responsilbe if you get surrounded by yourself in trouble? If he freely sets up the account and know he's ultimately responsible, that's one thing, but for you to purely assume he'll bale you out is VERY irresponsible.
