If i needed to distribute a missive to a business using the return delivery as proof they received it selection...?
Dumb question but obligation to know!! I need to convey an official reminder to a business whos contract I need to repeal due to non-fullfillment on their part. I know if i use that return acceptance option the green card will be returned to me as proof of them acceptance it, but how will I be able to prove what be INSIDE the envelope? Make a copy of it and just stick it surrounded by the envelope or get it certified or something? Help!Clueless more or less how to send REAL messages (not email!!)
Answers: If it's that important, why don't you nick a video tape showing what you are putting surrounded by the envelope, showing the envelope and address, the green slip you fill out and adjectives the details and without interuption or editing, showing you dropping it rotten at the post office.
This is the path that I have other handled this:
Take doesn`t matter what it is that you want to mail to the photocopier and get hold of a copy of it. Go to the post office next to your original, which you will distribute Certified, Return Receipt Requested mail. When you distribute it you will get a account for the certification number that shows the number on your message, the date & time, the recipient & how much you compensated. Staple that to the bottom of the letter carefully. Make sure you don't cover anything up. (If there is no room use the pay for of the letter.) When you acquire your return receipt card, staple that to the stern of the letter, again self sure not to cover anything else up.
That is generally as much proof as anyone will ever require.
