Question:The company applies trade overhead to products on the basis of direct toil cost. Compute the predetermined overhead rate that was used during 2007.
Answers: All I can hold out is to start, reveiew the list and determine what are direct work costs and what would not be included:
Applied overhead - wouldnt apply
Sales and admin - dont apply (i think)
etc.
Then line up the Jan 1 surrounded by column 1 and Dec 31 in column 2, the ratio of correction between the sum of the two fields should be the overhead rate.

Hopefully you saved the tracking number. Call the company and ask if the money instruct has be cashed. If not explain what happened and they should be capable of void that money lay down and send a different one
