As an independent team game designer, how do I protect my work?

I'm an independent game designer who have been developing freeware games for days gone by few years now, and my most popular title have been played by a few thousand empire across the Internet. Last year, my game grab the interest of a start-up studio here in my city and we've be talking give or take a few getting the game published for the Nintendo DS. He's a legit studio and have development kit, but since he's a start-up I'm concerned with upholding the element of my vision, since it's by no money a low-budget idea. In certainty, I could see this idea becoming a franchise, and it's incontestably not my only opinion. These ideas are adjectives extremely valuable to me; they're similar to my children. The thing is, I want to protect them and not win taken advantage of... I don't want to see them turned into something they're not or not realize to their fullest potential. I recently get an email from another company that publishes casual games for online play. The biggest problem is that none of my accepted wisdom are copyrighted.

What is the minimum wage for Billing and Coding?

In Florida or in Michigan. I am currently studying for Administrative Assistant Specialist and Billing and Coding and own found it to be pretty difficult as in I also needed to study Medical Terminology.I am almost done beside the course but begining to wonder if all this will settle off?

Answers: Minimum wage contained by MI is $7.15/hr. I moved back to the state only just and found that jobs paying $9.00/hr two years ago are at minimum wage presently. Many businesses are taking advantage of the large unemployment and not paying job what they're worth.

Edit: if you meant to ask what the average foot for that type of job is, I hold no clue. And it could vary greatly depending on what city you're within. But as I said, many businesses surrounded by MI are unscrupulously rewarding jobs that require brain cell the same pay cheque as ones a monkey could do.

Is stealing from Best Buy okay?

Well, I have a moment or two bit of a problem: I purchased a 65in DLP, audio system, blu-ray player, and hd-dvd player on wednesday. I told them that I would need to come put money on and pick everything up later surrounded by the week. I needed to borrow a cube van from my neighbor to get my lay down home. I did not live close enough for the cheap labour and did not want to pay more than it would cost me to seize to the store. I then exchanged everything that be not the television. I have everything I bought set for pickup and after exchange took everything home.
Then I went today to pick up my TV. I went to the department and they call my television up. I pulled up my van and they loaded my tube up.
I was not engrossed to them. I noticed that nearby was other stuff effective the door, but it did not concern me. The television fit inside of the van and I wait for them to load everything. I bring back home and they put the entire order contained by my van. The television and adjectives the items I have exchanged.
Do you infer that they will come pick this stuff up without charging me? This be not my mistake. I specifically said I was at hand to pick up my television. I should hold paid more attention to what be going on, but I saw the tv was correct and thought that be everything. I figured they would know adequate what I was supposed to win. Now I have extra stuff that I necessitate to return, but the nearest Best Buy is about 90 miles away. I do not discern like paying for more gas to return this stuff. The van I used get 8 miles per gallon. I am afraid that if I call they will report to me to bring everything back. I do not want to reward $100 for fuel and a case of beer (for allowing me to use the van) because of their mistake. That would bring a nice bite out of my savings. I do not want them to charge me and force me to return or resell. I newly want rid of this stuff.
I might look for some traveling through the area going close at hand manhattan (ks, not ny) that could return the stuff for me.

Answers: Yes they'll come pick it up if you call them.
You know what was taking place after they loaded the tv and then kept loading more stuff. (you can salary attention to mileage and how much gas costs, but you didn't notice them loading an audio system, blu streak player and an hd dvd player as well ... puh leez!)
You become the thief when you drove stale with it adjectives.
So, now you're basically trying to justify individual a thief (and a cheap one at that!) Call them, share them you got stuff that wasn't part of a set of your order, and own them come pick it up. (that takes assistance of your 'excuses' about the mileage and van) They won't record charges if they get the stuff vertebrae.
Unless you don't care that the guy who help you load the tv and adjectives the other stuff into your van will get fired.
If you want to be a total creep, do nil, and hope they don't figure it out and come capture you. (and they will, because everything is on the computer now) I bet you didn't pay brass for all that stuff, so they hold all your information. It won't bear long to find you. Call them, tell them to come attain the extra stuff.
Mistaken delivery does not offer you title to the items.

You need to push for Best Buy of the error, and give them an opportunity to come and procure them.
Call them and explain. I am sure they will be glad to accommodate you.

Be sure to get a signed unloading that they picked the stuff up and the names of the ethnic group that come to get it.
It be not your mistake. I would ASSUME they would come pick it up at no charge to you (because they are losing a lot more money by not person able to go the items you have). Try calling them and not giving them any specific information about yourself and asking them this interview 'hypothetically'. See what their response is. Maybe they will have a truck surrounded by the area deliver to someone else that can swing by and just pick it up.

It is nice to see such honesty.
Good luck. =)
If it be their mistake (as it seems to own been), then you should ring them immediately and insist on them to pick up the goods inwardly 30 days. Follow this up with a reminder. If they do not, then it is not stealing, since the mistake be theirs and you have given them a arbitrariness to reappropriate their property within a defensible period. It's not stealing if you do this but it is pinching if you don't.

You could, if you choose, make a speedy call to a legal representative for advice. I presume they will tell you duplicate thing (the time allowed may rise and fall, depending on your country.)
It's not just their mistake. You know they were loading things that be not supposed to be loaded but you kept your mouth shut and did not point it out to them at the time. Now if they figure it out following it's not their fault if you hold to eat the extra expense of gas and beer to return what you know you should not have taken within the first place. Now this guilt will haunt you for the rest of your vivacity. It will haunt you for the rest of your life span...

Another way of looking at it is this: If Best Buy is so cheap to hire unqualified labor that does not know what it is doing after they deserve the loss. Let them hire people who speak English and earnings a decent wage and they might not own problems like this. It's their own quirk they ripped themselves off.
Yeah sounds similar to Best Buy's problem... if you want to go to glory, bring it back! :D
