Ok, so yahoo is a search engine. A free turn out engine at that. So how does Yahoo.com make money if not a soul spends money to buy from yahoo? The only item I can think of is money from emails, but I don't know anyone who pays for a email from yahoo.com.. Is it worth 45 billion dollars solely because it's a popular website?Answers: It's call advertisement, my friend.
