I've got an internship contained by the M&A department with a hulking company. Before I start I'd like to do some conditions reading. Anyone able to reccomend some apt places to start learning?
Answers: There's a book call "The Art of M&A" by Stanley Foster that is supposed to be pretty apt and isnt too technical. It's written contained by Q&A format. I've never read it though so I couldnt give too much insight.
For a honourable "M&A story" pick up "Barbarians at the Gate". It tells the story of how KKR acquire Nabisco. It's entertaining to read and one of those books "everyone" in M&A have read.
