Answers: Same here, it seem they would be liable, my brother had a Rolex see he bought sent to me to save on state taxes, Fed-Ex simply left it at my door, no signature no knock zilch, and I lived in an apartment complex, it be very mouth-watering to report that we never recieved it. We could both be wearing Rolexes!! Damn conscience!!
