Here's my counsel. Most free seminars are selling something. So at hand is a minimal amount of info you can get at them for free. The problem is that they will manufacture their product sound so fitting that you will buy it. It's not that their product isn't good, but it's not for everyone. I get into real estate at 20 years behind the times and was markedly fortunate to benefit from the boom. But that's over now. Houses are only like anything else, if you buy low and put up for sale high, you sort money.The only difference next to a house is that you can rent it out to make more money while you are waiting for it to travel high. That's why everyone is doing it and trying to vend you on it.
Secondly, Work on your basics first. It doesn't do any pious to make 100 k if you don't hold a good living, retirement, 401k, health, etc. I know. Those things can be highly secure.This stuff is boring,but it works. Get those things first , later "gamble" on the get rich stuff.I enjoy an old friend beside no retirement, because basically he wouldn't do the boring work for his adjectives. Instead he went from one conspire to the next his intact life. Thankfully, I be able to swot from his example and a few of my one mistakes.
So, yes it's worth your time. Just be a skeptic. do your homework and be thorough at whatever you do.

Well, I cant speak for all but for myself its somthing that your more drawn to. Most race hate paperwork and accounting of any sort. Some of us love it.
