Unfortunately, I work so much that I own no time for the gym, running, sports or anything else that keeps me surrounded by shape. I love my job, but I love being helpful.

Of, course, I didn't have to go the store and the lady only pouted...lol. I haven't gotten sick once since starting this excercise endeavor 2.5 months ago. Actually, I had rather cold, but that was because everyone within my firm was sick and it with the sole purpose lasted 3 days. I've never be in better shape, except when I used to run track contained by high conservatory...but that was 10 years ago...lol. So, own you ever tried this method of exercise? I thought it would be weird socially, but individuals love me at the club.
