In an attempt to restructure. The best point that they could do is to cut the CEO's pay, they receive an unreal salary, plus stock and benefits that the team do not receive.

Also, he afterwards was given the title "manager" and we are assuming that be to try to make him exempt from recieving overtime wage..although 99 % of his work was still laborer work, and according to the exemption rule he would hold to be doing more than 80% of his work as a manager.
Now, they own given him a salary.

Can I stamp 'PAST DUE' on envelope?
Question:
As a business owner am I allowed to stamp Past Due on the outside of a past due invoice to a customer?
Answer:
Yes you can in attendance is no law that states you cant. It does seize that persons attention and will impart them the idea that they want to pay as soon as they see that "chronological due" . i personally assume its a good hypothesis
What would be the reasoning for that? I'd say you enjoy the right, but it's just not markedly professional.
That could cause embarassment to the customer - that would not be a devout business move. Are you allowed to? Probably not a law against it.
It's your business, you can pretty much do what you want. If you consider the bill long-gone due then to you it is. By stamping it ''Past Due'' you enjoy informed your customer of that fact.
Yes. I enjoy seen envelopes close to that. Nothing wrong with it. Maybe if they take enough of them they will bring back embarrassed adequate to pay it so the letters carrier doesn't reflect on they are a deadbeat.
I have never see it done. That will just infuriate the customer.
It may not be the wisest point to do. In case the productive bill was not deliver or there be an honest mistake on the part of the customer it could basis them embarrassment and lose you a virtuous customer. I would keep that stamp to the inside of the envelope. The communication person will not attention to detail one way or the other.
I doubt that it will be important. Worse, it might be discarded as junk communication since some advertising postal communication contains various phrases to achieve our attention and believe that the contents are worthy of our time to open and read.
Either move the envelope alone or turn over the debt to a collection agency. As a business owner, what penalty do you assess and collect for overdue payments?
I suppose you could, but as a good business party, you should consider something like "Urgent" or "Important" on the outside.
Save the Past Due stamp for the contents of the envelope.
A follow-up phone ring to the customer is a good hypothesis too.
I would be careful. I muse URGENT or something along those lines might be safer.
Check with the postal service to be sure. If you stamp departed due, cause them loss of composure, and it turns out the account is not long-gone due (for whatever reason), you hold yourself spread out to defamation of individuality.
Personally, I wouldn't do it...the customer knows its previous due and I'm sure it's on the statement.
There is a law within the The Fair Debt and Collections Practices Act that is call "third party disclosure" which prohibits you from disclosing any information (including the certainty that the bill is past due) to anyone bar the debtor, their legal spouse, or a co-signer on the loan (also considered a debtor). If you opt to stamp that on the envelope, you could be be sued, and in my personal assessment, it's not really worth it as someone who is that far past due will probably purely pitch it anyway unfortunately. Good luck. I know it's frustrating.

Is the US losing its position as worldwide financial superpower?
Question:
What with the flagging of the dollar and the recent revelations about New York.
Answer:
It's simply the fact that the US produces and exports seriously of cheaply-made goods (just look at the standard of their cars, for one) that they have such a sizeable economy. Also, have a large population manner that there is more change being turned round.
The "almighty" dollar is not, and have never really been that strong a currency, especially against Sterling - I believe that the exchange rate is currently something approaching 2 dollars to the Pound.
As the US consumes it's own hurriedly dwindling oil supplies, it will own to become more and more dependent on other oil-producing and exporting countries which will then result in a reversal in the inport-export ratio, main to a further weakening of the dollar.
When this is combined beside the likely long-term effects of the emerging market such as India & China, and as they develop ever-more efficent manufacturing processes, this will enjoy a huge impact on American manufacturing & export, particulalry when one looks closely at the issue of ability.
What we are seeing is the death throes of a dying super-power whose influence contained by the World is dwindling. This has contributed significantly to the US' more recent foreign policy escapades - a final glorious push for glory and intercontinental indebtedness to them.
So, the answer is yes, the US is losing it's position in the financial market, and this curve will get steeper the more the Far Eastern economy grow and the US oil reserves win depleted.
Here's hoping. They have method too much power in this world as it is, and beside a trigger happy maniac resembling Bush in charge we should adjectives be living in dismay
This is a matter of debate but I no problem believe so. There is more and more evidence surfacing all the time and it's merely a matter of time since one of the emerging markets within Asia or elsewhere truly becomes a dominant reduction.
The problem with the US at the moment is that it is adjectives take and no endow with. American as a country has be bled dry from the materials that made is so successful many decades ago: gold ingots, oil etc. A lot of American cutback currently revolves around commerce and capitalism, in other words family buying from other people. The focal flaw in this as expected is that you need to be producing something for society to buy. That production requires time and money and materials. As such it is much easier for other countries to worry something like the production whilst America gets busy buying these items and afterwards selling them to each other. As such America is becoming an sheltered economy, hence why it's meaning is starting to decline. Traditional the country with the most to grant the world in vocabulary of raw materials is the one that become the "leader of the pack". Matters such as control of manor, population spread etc. are trivial matters contained by the face of overwhelming benefit in vocabulary of base materials.
China is the subsequent superpower. They need the military clout of USA and a road to extend it as the USA does with its Carrier Battle Groups. They'll have need of nuclear powered submarines as well and that cannot be far stale.
India and china will be the super power in economics
