Does anyone work next to the USPS? I'm a facts conversion hand and I don't know how to obtain a sunshine stale...
Question:
This week, I'm off thursday and saturday but I work friday. I want to be off friday, because I inevitability to study, plus I need to run to court on the same year. Is it too late to ask stale on friday (they might not let me)? Or should I hail as in sick? I really want friday off >.<
Answer:
Before you plague out your 3971, talk to your steward. I believe that enduring court appearances other than jury duty are subject to mandatory administrative leave your job. You will probably be required, though, to report to work when your court case have finished for the day. Your safest bet would be to bid in sick. You are not required to explain the personality of your illness. As long as you hold not used profusely of sick leave (3 within 90 days is the basis for an "chief discussion", the first disciplinary step), you will not be questioned roughly it.

Why is the USA planning to walk Centless?
Question:
I hear 'waterfountain-gossip' about a plan for the US mint to stop producing the 1cent piece.
Is this true and should I consider stockpiling every 1 cent piece I see (in hopes that part will rise in value)?
And where on earth should I store all these pennies?
Answer:
The elected representatives is considering to stop producing the penny. The main rationale is that the cost of materials cost more than the value of the penny. It have been some time presently that the penny is not made entirely of copper. Even with that cost-saving determine, the value of the materials is still over the worth of the money.
I doubt your copper pennies will be worth significantly more than what they are. In any case, you will call for to stockpile significant quantities to kind the case worthwhile.
I see a story on 20/20 about this. It is true, it costs the United States over one cent to produce a penny, which is one cent. So they are losing money in that. Also, the penny is not valued by the citizens. People just confer on them on counters, throw them away, give them to kids to play beside, or whatever, so they are human being taken out of the economy. So necessarily, the US Mint is spending like 1.2 cents or something to produce something that will not be kept surrounded by the economy or given rear legs to the economy within any way, so deeply they are just wasting money making a penny.
As far as stockpiling them, unless it be a brand new shiny penny or a really dated one (like the ones that have one cent written on the rear from the 50s) I wouldn't recommend it. Also, there are so masses out there I doubt they will be worth anything, but you never know!

Question:
It seems resembling the big companies like Circuit city, dell, chevrolet...none of them meticulousness if they keep your business after you've already bought something. Do they only just get so greedy after they receive established, or what?
Answer:
Mom and Pop companies have a personal duty to help their customers because it's their integrity on the flash. The big companies only perfectionism about what is court or not, you nerver actually come across the owners so theres no intagrety involved, it's all in the order of "policy".I'm proof there is still some well-mannered ones left.
Xavier
guess we are merely a dime a dozen
Becuase we're in the hi-tech age where the computers do everything resembling talk to you on the friggen phone and the empire coming up in the world don't confer a sh** about anyone else but themselves.
You hold to realize the people helping you are working within because they have to..not because they want toemployees are dime a dozen.
People shop within because they have to for a angelic price...otherwise the mom and pop shops would be thriving.
That is a loaded question. Many companies contemplation and many companies don't. Here are a few companies that I've other had exceptional service next to:
1. SunRocket
2. Perkins
3. Sony
Here are some exceptionally bad companies:
1. Vonage
2. AOL
3. Stamps.com
4. Verizon Wireless

Why have customer service become so doomed to failure contained by the United States?
Question:
In many situations it seem to be not only doomed to failure, but virtually non-existent. I dont understand how businesses survive resembling this.
Neiman Marcus gets folks to pay hundreds of dollars more for their retailed items than they would at other stores..You know why? Because of something call SERVICE.
Answer:
As long as profitability is tied to strictly dollar and cents companies will be looking to phase out services they feel are not profit making. Customer Service departments plunge in this category.
Labor is other a companies biggest expense. This is why system automation is growing leaps and bounds. With it comes decrease customer service because systems can't be as responsive as a live human being. To release money customer service function are being out sourced over sea for less money next to less qualified personal.
Corporation are considered to be living breathing entities but they are not self determining resembling human being that in actual fact have emotional state. The corporate structures are becoming more and more like machines lacking concerns for the well mortal of human life. As more dollars flow to these corporate monsters the wider the cavity between the rich and the poor.
You always hold a choice - to buy or not to buy. Bad customer service should be report; however, I don't find that it is as widespread as you insinuate.
The poor ability of customer service from U.S. companies is shocking and getting worse. I've thought about this profusely. Part of it has to do beside the mistaken notion that customer service does not generate income like sale does. Part of it has to do beside how well they can avoid human interaction. People who don't see you facade to face and mistrust your reaction can do adjectives kinds of stupid things. The Internet have created distance as has mobile customer service and outsourcing to other countries where they really have a feeling you can't touch them or complain properly.
outsourcing thats why...
It's easier to keep a customer than find a contemporary one.Business' need to realize that. And whoever invented the automated customer service phone system should be tortured ceaselessly...
Well, answer to that question I'm not slightly sure mate. I now live contained by South Beach/Miami and tip is included - so customer service is NILL - they get rewarded tip anyway and it is normally non-negotiable. That's crap... Speaking of, I go to a restaurant even in Ft. Lauderdale where on earth tip is not included and got treated approaching shyyte. They didn't have two things that I looked-for, when after 45 minutes our food finally arrived, they hadn't brought the appetizers and when we told them they said "well do you want them anyway?" but refuse to comp them, so obviously not... it be amazing - no tip on a $200 bill. hah... :-D i feel yo' backache.
What does that suggest?
Question:
Can someone explain what that means?
Bond prices fell, beside the yield on the benchmark 10-year Treasury register rising to 4.79 percent from 4.76 percent late Monday.
Answer:
The price of a Bond is inversely proportional to the interest compensated.
If a bond is issued @ $1,000 - 6% the same bond would be worth smaller number if interest in the open market place rose to 9%; it would drop to $750 there almost.
The new interest rate times some number (X) will equal like amount of interest as the original issue.
You lose money.
What is something i can buy on ebay cheap, and afterwards put on the market it For a Profit??
Question:
a profit of atleast 30$-$100 guaranteed thanks
Answer:
Hi,
Get expensive stuff and deal in them on ebay , usually electronics are the best . With a few sells of expensive electronics you can generate really good money , Use Salehoo, http://salehoo.co.nr , to find well-mannered wholesalers, salehoo also provides with you great guides on how to start on ebay
Nothing...however, you can buy coupons on eBay if you plan to buy an item anyway. Then, it's close to going to the store and selling the coupon to the store for an instant profit. I've ton this tons of times and made hundreds of dollars doing so.
It would all depend on what the final cost is.
If you be able to win an item worth $100 for $50 and after turn around and sell it, unsurprisingly you would make a profit.
Where would you supply it, though? It would be harder to re-sell it on ebay since everyone expects a bargain. If you put a low starting bid, you might cessation up losing money.
A good strategy would be to survey for mis-spelled words as these items would not show in search that are done using the correct spellings. You would have almost no competition and could win the auction for a mere fraction of the retail cost.
mukwonago53149:
I don't appreciate about the coupons - could you complex? Not many stores I know would buy vertebrae coupons.

Why do bank sometimes hold a prepayment pentaly, dont you deliberate this is excessive or license to steal?
Question:
Answer:
Mate, the entire money system based on debt and fiat currency is base on an actual, literal, legal license to steal. The license be printed by your government's Treasury Department, and it bestows an exclusive right to counterfeit money on the banks and authorizes them to lend their currency (which they can print contained by any amount without doing any work to earn it) to borrowers and emergency that interest be paid as the principal is repaid.
Although some borrowers will be capable of clear themselves of debt by hard work or by clever trading, whereby they takeover a sufficient amount of someone else's loan, it is IMPOSSIBLE for the nation as a whole to do so. As a nonspecific rule, people must keep hold of sliding deeper and deeper into legal endebtedness to the bankers, and, when inevitably a great frequent people can't pay cheque up (because there isn't satisfactory money in circulation to give pleasure to the bankers' demands), the banks will get going foreclosing on properties. Having done no work whatsoever, the bankers will end up beside nearly all the actual and tangible property of the entire nation.
Now that's what I call upon STEALING! Al Capone and Jesse James were pikers compared to the Jewish bankers who are looting the world of its luxury today. Although what they are doing is legal, that doesn't indicate it is moral. What it really means is that your organization has be subverted by the bankers that it has be induced to treason against the republic, for which it once stood but for whom it stands no more, and has become, instead, an associate to the bankers' larceny.
Do you see all the answers from inhabitants who claim the bankers are justified within penalizing you for early payoff within order to go and get a minimum amount of profit off you for their "service"? Well, forget it. Those answers are adjectives nonsense. The bank are ripping you off. They don't deserve that profit because they did no work to earn any profit. Bankers do not work; i.e., they do not create or increase the amount of utility in the world. All they do is two things:
1. They monitor sketch balances. When be the last time anyone offered to settle up you just because you kept proceedings on the balance within your checking account?
2. They arrange to stand between any two culture who wish to trade and, contained by effect, tax their principle in respectively other's good word.
Banking contained by an ambit of monetized debt is fraud, and it is nothing but fraud. Complicity within that fraud by government is treason, and it is nought but treason.
its the way of the world, seize used to it
Because they calculate their profit of your loan base on your monthly payments and the interest included. They do this when they decide to approve or deny your loan.
If you wages it off untimely, they are not making that profit off of you. So they incorporate the prepayment cost to ensure they stay above the grey. Otherwise, they would just be hand out loans for free.
They charge a prepayment penalty on long possession loans because of the failure to receive the monetary return if the loan contract be paid according to the expressions.
Banks wants to support their investments, remember they dont gave you money for nought, that is their business lend money. Normally the penalty are for secure at least possible their earnings, for example if you borrow 200,000 they disclose to you that you can't translation the loan for the next 2-3 years, so they can recuperate their interest.
They aren't stealing. They figure how much profit they'll generate from your loan. If you pay them stale early, they don't variety that profit. You would have signed something stating that you deduce that there is a pre-payment cost, so it's not stealing.
Usually, the banks that would do this would be bank lending to prime customers. The interest rate is low, so the profit side-line is already pretty tight.

Why do credit card companies charge so much for unpaid fees,it doesn't cost them that much surrounded by lost revenues?

Yeah, it is easy money for them. Credit card companies would a bit have a human being who is late on their payments every once within a while than someone who keeps everything remunerated up to date at all times.
Watch out, here are all sorts of different ways for credit card companies to soak their customers even more.
http://articles.moneycentral.msn.com/ban...
http://articles.moneycentral.msn.com/ban...
http://moneycentral.msn.com/content/bank...
Because late fees are a great source of revenue for them.
it's glib money...wouldn't you do it ?
Because they can!
There is where they breed their proffits, so dont pay unpaid. Put yourself in like peas in a pod position as the credit card companies, are you going to lend money without any proffit?
Because, it is a big profitable to credit card companies. They are other thinking that, how to cheat credit card users.
http://www.geocities.com/gopi2net...
Because that is a through sourse of profit for them, because it costs them nothing.
Everyone say its a major source of revenue. I also agree. But in that is another side to it. Its the only profitable source of revenue from the credit card so they hold to max from it.
Example: If you spend huge amount on card but pay it past its sell-by date within the date, after the card company gets nil from it. They barely rest cost of doing business from the retailers. Hence no profit. So the only money making source departed is to charge those careless guys who convey over the card expenses.
