Our office is going to own a Staff Appreciation Day in April, and we want to create a ballot for humorous awards for the workers. For example, "The Mothering Award," "The Messiest Desk Award," "The Coffee Addict Award." Unfortunately, I could only find one website that be even close -- www.funnyemployeeawards.com -- and it wasn't all that great.

Think of a specific funny events that hold happened within the office over the course of the year and create awards base around that eg a lady within our office took out a company vehicle and in one one hour trip back into another employees sports car, hit a pedestrian and got a speeding ticket. But if you want advice - I instinctively read through the case study once to take a general elucidation of it. Then a second time with 2-3 different coloured highlighters. Highlighting and making resume on key facts, and interesting points. Around the outskirts of the page you can write little points about the highlighted words or sentences.
