the secret to keeping ones employment is to swot up to go above and beyond..
doing what u arent asked to do and showing initiative..
There is no undeclared to employment, acutally it is very simple. You work your butt rotten for someone else and get remunerated like crap. On top of that the governing body takes a big chunk of your check to salary for a whole bunch of social programs that label people good-for-nothing and what you have not here over is just adequate for you to pay rent and food. That is the adjectives phylosophy in the american syste. You work tricky for someone else and make them rich, you carry paid newly enough to survive and hopefully you die at age 65 so they don't hold to pay you social protection.
I think one item about have a job, since I enjoy retired I find it is true for me anyway, is the people you work around (not necessarily 'For' and if you resembling your job, the latest challenges you facade every day that you won't find at home. Also, I enjoy, besides my SS, a monthly income from the co. I worked for and my 401-k. That's worth the effort. Maybe you aren't getting ample out of the "work experience" because your at the wrong job.
Accounting- What is the difference between fixed and inconsistent overhead. What are fixed expenses?
Question:
What manufacturing expenses qualify as fixed expenses?
Answer:
the fixed overheads are the ones that do not exchange regardless to how much you produce, variables are the ones that vary depending on the number of unit you produce.
e.g. for fixed; the managesr salary, and the buillding rent.
Sometimes the inconstant costs such as the machine operators' take-home pay could be fixed, depending on the nature of the business and contracts that they sign. You can sign a contract beside the workers that you pay them base on the hours they work not the number of unit they produce, within this way this will be a fixed approaching the rent.
Fixed expenses are those that are not affected by the number of unit produced. Rent is a good example because you enjoy to pay like peas in a pod amount of rent expense whether you make 100 unit or 1000.
The space you rent. Same cost every month. Vehicial cost per month/ payment is like peas in a pod. Anything that has equal out going cost each month. Variables would be electric costs, materials for job, etc.
Rent, wages are examples of fixed expenses. Variable expenses are things like your driver's/deliverer expenses, which will be base on the number of times the driver makes delivery.
Fixed manufacturing overhead are overhead costs incurred within support of the manufacturing process that can not be directly allocated to specific items, and do not change with production change as do direct material and labor costs. Examples include rent or mortgage payments for plants/buildings related to production, depreciation on fixed assets (such as manufacturing equipment), salary and associated payroll costs for employees related to any business portion of a business, liability and other insurance, and utilities.
Variable manufacturing overhead are overhead costs incurred contained by support of the manufacturing process that come and go with change in production level such as direct material or labor (wage) costs.
