I recieved a call from a Citibank Representative, that question me about a investigational account I open, but I can't find any record of the phone number anywhere on the internet. When I hail as back it go on to say:
"This be a curtesy call from Citibank. If you hold any questions, ring 18OO-627-3999".
It just seem strange that the call come from a number that's not receiving any call.

I don't know. Call the leading CitiBank number that you have (not the one they give you in the call) to see what they required. If they didn't call you, they would permit you know.
It could be a Citibank number or a marketing firm that makes call for Citibank.
