- Second, I did not ask for a set price...instead I allowed those interested to designation their own price.
- Third, I stated in the personal ad that the buyer is purchasing the laptop "as is" and there would be no refund.
A guy contacted me and wanted to buy the laptop, and he offered the best price for it, so I sold it to him. When discussion to him on the phone, he asked for a warranty and I told him there be no warranty, that he would have to purchase the laptop "as is". When I go to meet him to bestow him the laptop, he asked again for a warranty and again I told him there is no warranty.
He give me the money, I gave him the laptop, and we part ways. Now, 4 days later, he is calling and emailing me 100x a sunshine!!
