I will go by USPS. I own sent a box 2Ft X 2 Ft X 2Ft from California to NJ for abt 43$ with insurance coverage for 150$ abt 1 yr put money on. If you use their box packages it is much cheaper.
I would say probably USPS. And I would support never to use UPS! I work in a hotel and we win stuff delivered by UPS adjectives the time, and the boxes are always bash up and one time one even had a huge hole punched thru the top! Couldn't believe they have the balls to deliver it that channel!
USPS is cheaper if you use 4th Class rate.
Post Office is cheaper then UPS, I know , I ship a lots of things out at my work place

I hold checked the CMA website, Better Business Bureau, and Quebec government websites and here is what I read between the lines.They are not supposed to call you past 9AM on weekdays, 10AM on weekends. However I think the rules apply to CMA member and they are voluntary - guidelines but not actual laws.
