Apparently, a delivery confirmation e-mail say that the package arrived and be delivered at 4:15 pm today. My mom and brother be home, but were never made aware that the UPS relations had come by, nor did they ring the doorbell! I'm so upset, and don't know what to do! It say in the e-mail that the confinement location is the "porch"!! Can they just quit the package at hand without ringing the doorbell? What travels should I take very soon? What if someone stole it?? Is there warranty? Can I carry some insurance payment??

UPS always leaves stuff on my carport lacking ringing the doorbell. Some of the items were $400! They are not as painstaking as they use to be and their drivers seem to own an attitude problem.
Technically, there is no proof that the item be delivered so I would contact the sender and ask them to resend the instruct or give you a reimbursement. Then they may hold UPS responsible for undelivered goods.
I don't twig how UPS can get away near just disappearing stuff around. But for future citation, I think when you instruct something to be delivered by UPS, you can request that you pick it up from the nearest UPS location a bit than having them deliver it to your door. That may be the more support way.
