Both of these are standard textbooks that enjoy been through plentiful editions - I mention this as the authorship have changed over the various edition. I have intentionally given you one UK text ("Work Psychology") and one US one as they tend to cite papers from their own country. In out of the ordinary, US I/O texts usually almost shame international work, which in my viewpoint is reprehensible. There are several other US texbooks: they all see to cover much the same syllabus. UK textbook vary more. I would recommend "Work Psychology" for readability.
There are as you would expect many business psychology consultancies which will enjoy websites, for instance in the UK Saville and Holdsworth and Pearn Kandola. If you are a business entity consultancies will be glad to sell you proposal for a hefty fee!
