Finance & Business Question and Answers

Is at hand a time time of year that a debt owed is null and blankness after so plentiful years. ?

Question:
If so, how long and does it cover all types of debt, eg, house repo next to outstanding balance, bank, etc

Answer:
It depends on the debt:
personal debt: 6 years
mortgage debt: 12 years
made bankrupt: 1yr

If within doubt contact a lawyer.
I hold practised in Debt decree for many years.
There is companies public relations debts wiped out after 5 years.
as far as i know its 7yrs but what i've also read is if its passed on to another company to follow through getting put money on the money that's another 7 yrs
Every state has its own statue of cutting. So really it would depend on the state. But when calculating the date, it starts once the debt is past due over 90 days (it may be 120 days). But once you repay something on the debt the date is reset.
Does this aply to student loans?!?!?!

what is a financial advisor for? what do they do exactly?

Question:
why do they feel a stipulation for one?

Answer:
Ignore the previous answer, it is an unbalanced landscape. Choosing the way to invest your hard-earned bread can be done by yourself, but if you have little or no penetration of the many option available, the probability is that you will make poor choices; i.e. to say you could lose money, or at best, cause modest profits. A Financial Adviser is trained in adjectives aspects of investing and can prepare a plan suited to your particular situation. The web-link below give detailed information on investment advisers, some of which are independent, and some who are related to particular companies.
( My CV - 25 years of investing experience.)
They push for folks with money but little awareness of Financial doings and how to increase their nest egg by investing.
Think of them as a product advisor. lots of different financial products out there (bank accounts, nest egg, pensions, mortgages, shares, section trusts, peps isa's etc). They should have a comprehension of all the different products and they are expected to find the product/products that are best suited to your individual needs.

Unfortunately some financial advisors 'push' products which make a contribution them the most commission rather than the product specifically right for you.

Make sure your financial advisor is regulated by the FSA -financial services authority (if your in the UK) that track you have a comeback should you be mis-sold a financial product.
They offer you direction so you can obtain your financial goal.
Say your goals are to buy a house - fund your child's/children's lessons - retire in style. So you better bring started NOW. The adviser will review your income and suggest investments to relief you get where on earth you want to go. Suggesting you put 3 months living expenses within a savings to buffer you through a lay-off or infection. Get insurance to pay for the house and support your people should you die prematurely. Get you started in a retirement plan next to regular investing - if you have a analogous 401K at work, that would be the best place because the "matching" part doubles your investment. Maybe suggest a sector time job to bring the down payment for a house if your goal are bigger than your income. It is pretty much boiler plate advise tweaked for a time for you personally and specific suggestions for stock purchases etc.
They own money, its true, they have the unfinished knowledge of nouns but they pretend they know everything about nouns. They will only transmit you what they only hold been thought. They are not going to update you something you never heard.

First they will update you how good their company is. How much money they made within the past. Then it will come to your money. They will never be particular about how much money you will form. They will talk just about how safe they are and they will lone talk going on for themselves and how big their company is.

In the world there isnt ANY financial advisor made one personage rich. They only formulate their company rich. its easy as that.

Your self and your adjectives understanding is the biggest financial advisor.

How oodles pennies are within a pound? (Weight)?

Question:

Answer:
Between 146 and 181.

http://home.att.net/~numericana/answer/t...

Assuming you're talking nearly US coins, there's a big problem: In November 1982, the US penny became in the order of 0.6 gram lighter. The older coin be 95% copper and 5% zinc, while the new one is essentially copper-plated zinc (97.6% zinc and simply 2.4% copper). The nominal mass of a penny before 1982 be 48 grains (about 3.11 g). The size of a penny changed highly little (-0.84%) in 1982 but, because zinc is lighter than copper, the unsullied coin's nominal mass is 2.5 g.

The price of copper had risen to $1.33 per pound within 1980, so pennies could not be minted for less than their monetary plus. Copper-plated coins postponed the crisis (in 2000, it cost 0.81c to mint a penny).
Before 1982, there be about 146 pennies contained by a pound... If all the pre-1982 pennies be out of circulation, there would be going on for 181 pennies to the pound.

Right now, a pound of pennies from the street will contain anywhere between 146 and 181 pennies, depending on the percentage of pre-1982 pennies within it. According to the US Mint, the approximate life span of a coin is in the region of 25 years. If we take this number at obverse value, within remains in circulation today (November 2000; 18 years later) approximately exp(-18/25), or around 48.7% of the pennies that were within circulation in November 1982.

Assuming that the total number of pennies within circulation is the same today as it be in 1982 (which is probably not slightly true), this would mean that a penny's mass within grams averages about 3.11(0.487)+2.5(1-0.487) which is outstandingly close to 2.8 g, so that there would be purely about 162 pennies surrounded by a pound as of November 2000. If there's already more than 160 pennies in a pound, the average penny is already slightly smaller number than 1/10 of an avoirdupois ounce!

The above theoretical approach tell how the number of pennies in a pound vary with time, if we assume that the total number of pennies contained by circulation is held roughly constant... However, it's all base on the "approximate life span" of 25 years quoted by the US Mint, which could be an overestimate for pennies. If we are to believe some fundraisers, an average pound of pennies be already worth $1.64 (164 pennies to the pound) as early as September 1995, lone 13 years after the introduction of the new penny. 164 pennies within a pound (of 453.59237 g) corresponds to a proportion (x) of pre-1982 pennies which is such that: 164 = 453.59237 / (3.11034768 x + 2.5 (1-x)) This would mean that x be already as low as 43.55% after only 13 years or so, imply that the average number of years (T) that a penny lives is such that exp(-13/T) = 0.4355. T would thus be about 15.64 years, more or less 2/3 of what the US Mint states for its other coins.

well contained by chemsitry we just did some stupid lab where on earth we hadta find out the percentage of copper in a penny (penny aren't 100 percent they are mostly zinc if u didnt kno) So anyways we done up weighting 3 pennies and they totaled 7.6 grams. So hopefully you can figure it out from in attendance. good luck.
just about 35
Why? Do you need a bunch of copper for something?

What is 'just within time ' inventory?

Question:
whts' just surrounded by time '?? what is that for? saving money?
how automotive production uses 'just within time' in Canada?

Answer:
JIT is the process of never have excess inventory in stock. Basically within a perfect scenario, you hold no inventory and you never back-order, this is throughout the entire supply manacle. Your suppliers deliver raw materials as they are needed; production workers miss on items just as the subsequent guy in the flash finishes his job; finally your company holds no final product within stock. These items are being produced as they are ordered. This save quite a bit of money for a company as in attendance is never capital tied up surrounded by holding final product or raw materials surrounded by inventory. JIT also saves plentifully of storage space which = $$. Many forget that it costs money to have anything sit on a shelf. Whether that be the depreciation of worth or the cost of keeping the items secure.
This is a practice that masses manufacturers are trying to use, but it can be extraordinarily difficult to manage in need the proper forecasting tools. As far as automotive is concerned in CA, I am not sure. What I can describe you is that Ford would be in greatly better shape if they weren't sitting on so many cars that not a soul was buying.
Having one and only the minimum amount of supplies you need for production. It reduce overhead and costs associated with overstocking parts.

4p or 5p at a local newsagent but it depends what part of the country you are from
it is 10p per copy
What you do is, ask the dark security guard to do it for you. Just smile at him and ask him out for a drink. Otherwise your local photo copiers will prob charge around lb20 to lb40. Ask your friends who work within offices if they can do some copies for you.
