No. You do not adjust your petty lolly balance unless your are physically varying the amount of petty cash you are going to hold. When you cut a check to replenish your petty dosh you would Debit the expense accounts related to what you spent your petty cash on. For example:

To set up a petty brass fund of $100

DR Petty Cash
CR Cash

You spend $90 on stamps and have to draw a check to re-build your petty change:

DR Postage Expense (i.e. stamps)
CR cash

You resolve that $100 Petty cash is too much and you want to weaken your balance to $50:

DR Cash
CR Petty Cash

I hope this help.

Petty cash is a harmonize sheet account. It does not close to income summary as it is not on the income statement!

What should my greeting be for my business phone?

Question:
I currently say" Thank you for calling M.A.M.N. no one is available to filch your call so please walk out a detailed message". Shouldn't I mention office hours, location, etc? HELP!!
By the agency its a nanny, CNA, LPN, referral service

Answer:
Your current greeting sounds fine, however, I would recommend that you leave out 'detailed message' and instil callers to bestow a brief message, particularly their baptize and number. This way you can call for them back to bring back any clarification, if you need it, and further details and it's a gentle bearing to suggest that callers not step on and on and on when leaving a message. I contemplate it would also be beneficial to mention office hours so ancestors can call rear legs when someone will be there next to any questions, such as your location.

From an employer perspective...can mortal a college dropout be a strength?

Question:
What if the reason you dropped out wasn't because college be hard or because you be a quitter but simply because you saw it was a poor utility and that it was possible, even preferable, to cram the needed skills in real-world environments.

(Because in that are no 'apprenticeships' outside of college internships for white collar positions.)

Answer:
I'd say it might look impossible, but there's other factors.

Like for instance, how far along did you drop out? Did you receive a number of credits already? You can of late say instead of dropping out that you did *blank* number of courses contained by college towards getting your *blank* but now you're hoping for genuine world applications to put your skills to good use.

One entry I heard is that abundant businesses harvest students who haven't finished courses, the point being that their knowhow is still very fresh. Some ethnic group get offered process more money to drop out than they did after graduating. So you can voice you wanted to apply fresh wisdom.

So it's in how you spin it, but if you utter you're a dropout, it looks bad, instead try "I be looking to apply my fresh knowledge to the work field" or not relating them at all.

Do not slam the college either("poor value"), it make you look petty.
Paying the fees for studying in a college is close to an investment and everyone expects profit from it. However if a guy/gal invests this money in some other aspect of go and earns a complex profit, it shows he has a correct ability to deal with his resources. And also the person have the ability to bear a risk and not blindly follow what others do. Hence this can be one of the strengths.

So the employer should see what has the entity done with that investment and opt upon that.

NOTE: This applies only when he is earn a higher profit. Even earn equal profit won't be of equal value as dropping out of college is usualy considered as a socail stigma.

I will utter this: For the past 21 years I've be with a company that body a high number of Asians, lots of Chinese folks. They are great workers. The ones I have deal with, including the outstandingly educated own all held one entity in adjectives. A lack of creativity. To head a company you can't always look surrounded by the book to see the next prescribed move. Sometimes thinking on ones foot is required. Sorry, don't mean to piss anyone rotten, just my observations.
the same is true contained by china and japanbut to your question, verbs globalization will change little to you as the stated answer to you own grill... the main difference and the trunk deferenceis USA is profit orientated to stockholdersAsians trend to see their business as warriors for the home country and don't wont to be a editorial column demurral to the home country successBut they(few) are very moral at business spies and work in the mid plane area
the simple judgment is that this is America, a predominantly white country. It's not all the shocking. Go to Asia and see how tons Asian born companies have caucasians surrounded by their upper management? Same business. It's just a certainty of life... basically wait several more generation and you're Chinese blood will be thinner than water, later you with skills, connections, and non-Asian traits you will enjoy no trouble getting into the upper management.

I purely came put a bet on from a business trip in rural Connecticut and rural Florida. I get stares everywhere I went pretty an interesting experience I would say. Conversely, my coworker get back from Harbin, China... he get stares everywhere he went. Same business. Good luck.

I realize it be "protection" money but, none-the-less, supporting known terrorist operation is illegal lower than international law. Chiquita should be not permitted from doing business in the U.S. A fine is not legitimate.

What be the result in for the wall street crash within 1929?

Question:
and what is the cause for every financial crisis.?

Answer:
Speculation be the cause of 1929 crash. Back after you could buy a stock on the market and take-home pay 10% of the value at purchase. If the souk went up 10% - you made 100% on your investment. If the souk went down 10% you solely loss the 10% you invested. EXCEPT THIS IS A CONTRACT, where you are required to wage the additional 90% surrounded by the future. So tons people get blinded by what look like unforced money, they over looked this point.

JUST LIKE THE DOT-COM, people chasing EASY MONEY and loosing their shirts and homes. If it don't sort sense, it is wrong and it don't matter if you are making money or not, WRONG IS WRONG.
Too oodles stocks sold on outside edge. They had 5 % margins wager on then! . When the stocks started to slide nation could not make the border calls and later the bottom fell out
The Fed raised interest rates to "cool down the economy". If the Fed basically leaves interest rates alone, there would be monetary stability. Whenever the Fed touches the interest rates, the economy take a tremendous hit.

Shipping and tariffs on import.
The Canadian dollar is not worth as much as the US dollar. As such, to buy the same entity you would require more Canadian dollars than US dollars. Also, transportation costs and differences in the Canadian and American market could also be potential factors surrounded by the difference in price.
$7 Canadian is equal to only under $6 US.
It isn't exactly. We may charge $7 for something surrounded by Canada, but it's pretty close to equvalent of $5 in American money. Technically you are paying impossible to tell apart amount of money for the same product, in attendance is just a difference surrounded by what our money is worth.
- The Canadian currency is a lower than the American currency
- A lot of the stuff that is bought contained by Canada must go through the US first, so Canadians wrap up up paying the American cost, AND the cost to have it shipped to Canada AND any taxes attached.
Cause we resembling to spend money on hockey tickets.
DUH,.. this US and we are a totally different country than Canada,. havent you read your geography book lately?
There are a few reasons for price differences between Canada and the US. One is currency exchange. Most companies will do the pricing months formerly the product hits the shelves, and the exchange rate can vary between those date. Most corporations will also build in some plane of fluctuation downwards, so todays 85 cent dollar will be priced at a 75 cent dollar rate in baggage it goes down. Usually, this does not benefit the consumer.

Next, tariff and taxes. From import, to GST/PST, to clandestine taxes, Canadians basically recompense more for products to be brought in and sold surrounded by Canada. Some tariffs are to try and protect home industries (ie milk), but others are at hand to protest tariffs other countries put on Canadian products. Once again, the conusmer usually have to pay more.

Finally, the sheer numbers for companies to cause their profit. In the US, a country wide cuff has 300 million possiblte consumers, while surrounded by Canada it is 30 million. Bulk purchasing and mass selling in the US allows for profit margins to be lower and made up by sheer mass. In Canada, with a popluation equal to California, companies have need of to made more profit on fewer items sold. And the consumer pays more.

There are a few items that are cheaper after exchange within Canada. I have found that CD's and DVD's are regularly cheaper in Canada, as resourcefully as video games.
