How a trail stability is extracted from the nominal ledger, and the stress of a trail set off?
Question:
Answer:
hi the above is correct except a trial balance can be pulled up at any time if using a computerised system eg sage. and may be more of a project if accounts is done manually dpending on the size of the business. it is gennerally reserved for the end of the financial year to lay emphasis on possible errors and like approaching the person above said it doesnt other highlight an error. the balance from only the nominal ledger and not the subsidiary ledgers are used. to underscore errors in the other two ledgers reconciliation statements between the nominal ledger rationalization (eg sales, purchases returns) and the corresponding subsidiary ledger are drawn up.
if a match b/d is on the debit side you enter it on the debit side of the trial balance and if on the credit side you enter on the credit side of the trial match. this is the balance that will be used at the dawn of the next financial time for assets and liabilities as expenses and revenues are spell costs and are not brought forward to the next financial year. (they are written rotten profit or added to loss in the profit and loss statement)
the trial set off should always set off if it doesnt balance a suspence information is opned. this a temporary vindication until the error has be found. the difference between the two sides should be entered into the suspence reason on the appropriate side in lay down to make the trial be a foil for balance.
the suspence acount go no further than the trial balance (is not put surrounded by the balance sheet or P&L story.) as the errors are found the balance/amount in the suspence information should reduce till it get to zero and later balances can be transfered to the financial statements.
if you necessitate more help email or post a query, i'll happily facilitate seeing a cant yet catch a job
hope this help
Its a Trial Balance not trail.
The trial balance is a worksheet where on earth all the balance of each ledger are enter in two columns, namely debit and credit. Trial be a foil for is prepared in respectively financial period as a summary of the closing of the previous ledger. The total of the debit side should other be equal to the total of the credit side which proves the accuracy of the ledger entry. The trial set off is also a tool to detect any errors which may have occur during the double-entry system of the ledger. However, a balanced trial match does not necessarily guarantee that there is no error. For example, a transaction could hold been removed from the ledger picture, a journal entry might enjoy been posted within the wrong ledger, or debit and credit entries could have be transposed: One feature of the double entry system that repeatedly confuses users, is that the terms 'credit' and 'debit' are used surrounded by the opposite road to the perspective taken, e.g., in typical sandbank account statements. Credit is help yourself to out and debit is to put in.

Ebay sound out?
Question:
I want to purchase some items on ebay. When you put in the final bid, does that expect it "will" go for that price? Or does the trader have the right to debris it? I see the same article for between 200 to 5000. Just different sellers and different kind. And when you put a bid in, do they contact you by e-mail or phone? If you are the one to win it that is.
Answer:
Your final bid is the upmost amount you will pay for the item you are bidding on. The peddler can refuse any bid, however this once in a while happens. Sellers want to formulate money. Make sure you ask specific questions something like the quality of the item. That factor is the primary erratic at determining the "sell" price. Look at a seller's feedback, the closer to 100%, the better for purchasing from!! Remember, the item you are bidding on usually increases in price dramatically contained by the final few minutes of the auction. Catching the end of the auction is crucial if you want to win a spot on item! Ebay e-mails you whenever you win an item! Good luck!!
That's your maximum bid- if someone outbids the amount it shows, it will automatically rebid unless it reaches the max. Sellers can't cry off a price, and they usually contact you by email.
If the auction states "reserved not met" then the salesperson can refuse your propose. If thats what your talking in the order of.
as far as i know as long as there is no reserve price they cant impose sanctions it also that is your maxium bid if someone out bids you next it will bid on your behalf up to the maxium bid. no the seller does not call for you. it is usually your responsibility to contact them asap. at least i own had to contact them. i hold never had them contact me.
What can a collection company do explicitly collecting on a medical bill?
Question:
I have insurance; but did a procedure that my insurance did not fully cover. I owed approx 600 dollars on a 5000 dollar procedure. It is in a minute with a collection company. But; if I don't retribution it; what's the worse that can happen? Does it affect my credit? Can I still stop by the collecting hospital? Etc.
Answer:
Set up a payment plan or it will ruin your credit. They cant do a point if you pay them 10 dollars month.
Probably already on your credit as a collection goings-on. Depending on the state you live in and the company, they can sue, go and get a judgement, attach it to your property (adding in adjectives the fees as they accumulate) and in some states they can attempt to garnishing your wages. Hospital probably can't refuse to see you, but can insist you attempt to build payment arrangements.
Call them and work out a gift plan.
Yes, it will effect your credit. The hospital would have to allow you on an emergency basis, however if the bill is not salaried they could refuse to agree you if it wasn't an emergency.
It will affect your credit negatively once it is reported to the credit bureau.
Each hospital has a different policy next to regard to use of services so you need to check beside them.
As for the collection agency they can call, write post, file suit, and acquire a judgment but adjectives must be reasonable and adjectives must comply with the unprejudiced debt collections practice act - see the cooperation.
You really want to prevent this from getting to suit as you will be responsible for court cost and possibly attorney's fees. If the agency gets a decision that will negatively effect your credit even more!
If it's with a collection agency, it's already be reported on your credit.
What they can do is file a lawsuit against you and bring a judgment next to the court.
Why on earth don't you purely start making payments on it? Call the hospital or collection agency, either one. Make arrangements to remuneration it off. The longer you consent to it sit there, the worse past its sell-by date you are. They are allowed to add interest to the bill if you aren't paying it so it will become more than $600 if you don't start paying and it will sit on your credit report for 7 years and crumple your credit.
To what extent are jewelry designs protected by copyright/IP decree?
Question:
If I want to borrow ideas from a copyrighted jewelry design and consequently sell the resulting product, how much does my design inevitability to differ from the copyrighted design? Would a very small loose change be enough, or do I necessitate to change the complete "feel" of the piece? I know this is a vague quiz, but a "ballpark" answer should suffice.
Answer:
It needs to differ and the untested designer/firm can sue you. It's called a knock-off and it happen all the time within the fashion and jewelry world. A lot of jewelry is manufactured contained by Bali and China, and their business ethics enjoy no qualms about producing an command for a US company and turning around and making a batch of indistinguishable thing for themselves to market on the wholesale market. By the time the innovative designer finds out and sues, the knock-off artist has made their money and moved on to steal something hot.
Money command?
Question:
i want to buy this product off the internet, and they provide you the option to take-home pay with a money establish, i just want to produce sure what is it exactly what i have to do, they enunciate this "We suggest that all payments be sent via a traceable delivery service or registered mail to ensure that your reward is not lost in transit. Your charge will not ship until payment is received and processed" i really dont knwo what that way, can some one please help me?
Answer:
Send them a money charge from the United States Postal Service.
It can be traced and it can be insured against fraud.
I think it ability they want your money and are not going to send you anything of plus.
I saw a court case of culture selling pictures of cell phones on E-bay, hoping people thought they be buying the phones, not the pictures of phones.
and they would send the photo pictures of phones to lucky bidder.
You obligation to get a income pal sketch to try and protect yourself on the net.
I instinctively will not buy on the net unless I individually know the person.
Hope you didn't transport the money order
You can buy a money establish at the Post Office and send your roll registered mail, This vehicle that your package can be tracked.
The company you are purchasing from is describing you that they will not send your item until they receive their money. But be leery to who you are dealing beside and make sure you are order from a secure & valid site. If it sounds too moral to be true it probably is!
Under what circumstances would Cash Flow be smaller than profits?
Question:
I'm looking at an ususual (to me) financial statement, where brass flow is dramatically less than profits. In what circumstances could this be true? I'd other seen change flow as exceeding profits, because profits subtract out non-cash charges (eg depreciation and amortization). I don't think I've ever see profits exceed cash flow though-- does this ever come up? When?
Answer:
Happens all the time.
Here's when:
1) Non-cash items. The income statement works on the ACCRUAL idea (accounting for things that have a "cost", even when at hand is no cash outlay). Think of operating change flows as a reconciliation between accrual basis and lolly basis. In the operating cas flows, you lift the net profits and reconcile things that are non-cash. Depreciation and amortization are two moral examples. These are things that you are "adding back". However, it is not other "adding". You can subtract too. You also reconcile changes within working capital. For example, when you "sell" something, it any comes in as bread or is still a receivable outstanding. This means that if receivables rise by $1,000, it is a revenue that you haven't received surrounded by cash this financial spell.
2) Balance sheet items. Not all things arise on the income statement. Let's say you borrow $10,000 from a friend for no interest for two years. You follow-up payables goes up $10,000 and your brass goes up $10,000 but in that is no change contained by the income statement. Of course, this is if you are asking about "total lolly flows" instead of just operating dosh flows.
3) Non-operating items. I am not sure, but I think you are motto that you've never seen OPERATING bread flows be less than profits. Remember, not every income statement "tag on back" is in operating profits. For example, interest expense or profits from an investment mart would not be included in operating income.
I hope that help.
One way would be if your debt service (principal payments on loans, etc.) would be lofty since net currency flow is after debt service. Another way would be if you are on an accrual principle and had greatly of accrued expenses remunerated in the following year.
I'm frankly stumped - be thinking about this for a bit... and outside of someone cooking paperwork... it seems impossible for profit to in truth exceed cash flow...
-dh
Any and adjectives expense items in the P/L that are voluminous relative to revenue. This could be one of many reason. Strong competition for goods and services, wrong pricing, strong competition for the most important cost items e.g. labour, money (high interest environment) textile (consumables). This of course depends on the business and macro monetary issues as well as on the fitness of the entrepreneur. Bean counters with no imagination requirement not apply.
