But be brief, success have many different meaning. No two people will own the same definition. Success can come within the form of finacial, which is what many consider nouns, while others will say that nouns is is living a life as a humble servent.
Success can be for someone on the street, finding sheltered and warm shelter for a single dark.
I think what drives most folks is a burning desire to rise above their situations whatever they may be. Many times here are events that were unseen that cause hardships or at the lowest, a change contained by their comfort zone. That can create a need to excell and rise above the situation and regain their bygone position in existence.
And then in attendance are those who simply want more and there is definitely nothing wrong near wanting more.
Success is not an outward measure fairly an inward one. One where the indivdual can influence, this is where I am ment to be.

If you did a survey of waiters/waitresses give or take a few this I imagine you would find that the ones that take home a killing past its sell-by date tips wouldn't want a set wage. And, consequently, the ones that don't make much from tips would agree near you. The question become how much do they make on average??
I would voice keep the tip system. But, I'm a thickset tipper. I have friends that enjoy worked in the food services industry. They are cloying tippers. You have to really mess up for me not to tip you. And, I will tolerate you know it.

Satisfy urself that the business is reliable and that they are going to be able to reward u for what ur going to do for them and then dance for the deal. And when u trade name the deal hold a written agreement as to the date of payment, date of transfer of goods , etc.
