Question in relation to fractional reserve bank?

Question:
I am confused out of this "they print money out of nothing , and therefor the money never existed contained by the first place ! " argument.
When the Federal Reserve, which I understand is in fact composed of different leading bank who own like bonds contained by it ,I guess?, "prints money out of nothing" and they loan this money to smaller banks to loan out and , consent to us say the loan is for a home mortgage or a sports car loan and the loanee defaults, and the mound who lent takes the home or sports car and auctions it and counts its losses, it still has to pay cheque back the Federal Reserve rear legs, right?

I guess simplified version of this query is this :
Do the smaller banks who , I guess , borrowed the money from the bank of the Fed, have to repay the Fed if the loan is never compensated back or if the asset for the loan is sold rotten for less at auction. Is the smaller guard still in debt to the Fed?
Do they ever defaulting on their loans?
Please, help put this confusing disorderly into perspective thanks!

Answer:
Let's break your request for information down a bit

- Re: "... the Federal Reserve, which I understand is in truth composed of different leading bank..."

The Federal Reserve is made up of the Board of Governors at the top and 12 branches under it. The member of the Board of Governors are forbidden by law from have any financial interest in a private mound.

The 12 branches are organized like corporations. Members within each branch must buy shares for which they return with a standard 6% dividend. Operation of these branches is tightly controlled by the Board of Governors.

- re: "...prints money out of nothing..."

That is essentially correct. The Fed have the power to write checks from a limitless depiction.

However, they cannot just pay packet salaries or buy the organization coffee with that thin-air money. By statute, all money issued by the Fed must be collateralized. What that routine is that for every dollar issued, they have to hold something of effectiveness. The vast majority of dollars is collateralized by Treasury Bills they hold.

- Re: "...and they loan this money to smaller bank..."

Not really. Though the Fed can make loans to other bank, it's unsual when they do. WHen banks necessitate money, they borrow from other banks. The Fed is the edge of last resort usually when a wall is in trouble or have unusual circumstances.

- re: "...Do thanks ever defaulting on their loans?"

Yes, whenever you hear of a bank flop, they are defaulting on someones loans.

- Re: "DO THESE INDEPENDANT BANKS THAT COMPOSE THE FEDERAL RESERVE, HOW DO THEY BENEFIT FROM PRINTING THE MONEY??"

They benefit indirectly in that the Fed can conduct yourself quickly when bank need currency. Otherwise at hand is no direct benefit.

What is the process by which & related costs for allowing customers to pay cheque invoices online? see details below?

Question:
Our company already has a out of harm`s way online system through which our customers can login with a peerless username/password and view their unstop invoices on an invoice by invoice basis.

We want to clear the jump and allow our customers to take-home pay online (preferably via electronic check but also with foremost credit cards).

It is my job to prepare the internal sale pitch to take this subsequent step.

I expect resistance from IT (how much additional work for them to deploy & do paperwork?) & upper management (what are the fees/costs?).

Any assist, advice is greatly appreciated.

Answer:
this is tough for you cuz here are so many things that can travel wrong

- get a doomed to failure credit card
- sell a bunch of stuff to a falsified buyer
- have to preserve the website updated properly with inventory facts
- hafta spend $300 for an SSL certificate

One perception is to outsource all of this to a professional, but again IT may yelp at that.

Look for ways to handle these issues, or at tiniest know that they're there.

The push button is showing that the opportunity exceeds the cost of the pain

Top rank executives who get compensated 10's of millions of dollars a year no matter how the company does.

They breed stupid descisions based on how they discern rather afterwards the facts.

Then the mid level manager in these companies own all be there for years and get there not because they are angelic managers but because of who they know. They're indolent and either eradicate or steal good concept because they can't handle someone else looking smarter than themselves.

The corporate world is so far removed from common life, they don't own a clue. Business' think the lone way to win is have the lowest Bottom Line.

They are all driven by the stock marketplace which is only concerned within short term gain.

A privately held company could engineer a descision to invest all but 5% of it's profit vertebrae into R&D or infrastructure or growth for 2 years, knowing that they would reap a 20% growth for the next 5 years. A publicly held company would see their stock price plumet if they put this within a business plan.

And the executives only attention to detail about the stock price because they are merely there for short possession gain.

Yeah, I work in a company beside 200,000 employees. They don't enjoy a freakin' clue. They step over dollars to pick up nickles. Spend millions of dollars on new software & hardware but nought on training.

That's what is wrong with Corporate America.

A~
Their biggest problem is they don't hire satisfactory minorities/disabled people etc
Most US companies don't own any particular problems. On the contrary, they motivation problems. For example, they pollute the environment, underpay their workers and have too much influence on the governing body.

What is the average christmas bonus for a company surrounded by business for one year and growing strong?

Question:

Answer:
Thats basically like peas in a pod situation my company was surrounded by. I got just about $400 before taxes the first year, and nearly $600 the next year. I be surprised, because they can be pretty cheap and I'm in a terrifically low cost of living area. I'm youthful and in my first trade, so I have no other employer to compare this to. I couldn't tell you how adjectives that amount is.
It depends a lot on the character of the people who own the company. I am not aware of any average nor am I sure who keep that kind of notes. It is always possible that the company is growing promptly and is obligated to pay subsidise loans. That would make any possibility for a Christmas bonus much smaller than if the business be operated entirely on bread.
In these times , you are lucky if you get hired at a company that give any kind of a bonus !!

Become a politician
ALl you have to do is own the right reguirements and when you get a govenment give up, it's free money you dont have to money back. Once you carry it you can use it for anything you want. So apply to a whole bunch of them and if you seize a grant spend it the track you want. But some grants will want to hold reciept of what you want to pay. SO fiel for as several as you want and then if you seize one buy whatever.
Say your an unlawful alien. The bleeding hearts will suffocate you beside grants. Thank the tariff paying idiots .
Hi,
You can get free information on the establishment grants here:
http://ourfreestuff.net/z/12496/cd1737/...
There is no such point as grants for personal usage

The administration is NOT in the business of giving away free money for the sake of giving away money. There are no grant for paying bills, no grants for paying sour credit cards, no grants for getting out of debt and no grant for simply fattening your wallet.

As for housing grants, the Housing and Urban Development within their Grants Available page makes it clear that they do not provide grant to individuals -- hence no grants for a character to buy a home http://www.hud.gov/grants/index.cfm...

"While HUD does not offer direct grant or loans to individuals, we do work through local governments and non-profit organization to make financial assistance and counseling available."

Grants are free, but it medium OBLIGATION. You will be obligated to do as the grant sets out to do. Grants own objectives, and your purpose must fit the objective of the allow.

For one, you have to write the give in application and the grant application is not a simple document - you hold to explain how your purpose for applying for the grant fits very well with the objectives set out by the give up.

There is a stringent review process through a committee. You will compete with other applicants for the give in money, and this grant review committee will evaluate the merits of respectively proposal. Only those that they feel exemplifies the object of the grant will be approved.

You can travel to the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) http://www.cfda.gov and Grants.gov http://www.grants.gov - these are two sites created by the federal rule to provide transparency and information on grants. Browse through the listings and see if you can find any admit that would support your purposes.

Even if you buy books on "how to get grants" or record that supposedly has information on grant -- all of them are mere rehash of what CFDA have, albeit packaged differently.

Note though that these grant generally support non-profit organization, intermediary lending institutions, and state and local government. Most of the federal grants are given to specific target groups beside specific requirements (e.g. minority business owners involved in transportation related contracts emanate from DOT - Grant#20.905 Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Short Term Lending Program. Individuals especially for personal purposes are not eligible for federal grants.

Grants are also habitually given to non profit groups or organizations involved within training or other similar activities (grant 59.043 Women's Business Ownership Assistance that are given to those who will create women's business center that will train women entrepreneurs

Benifits of email and phone name marketing verse cold appointment? Any view generosity.?

Question:
I am preparing an "argument" today to my boss regarding how negatively cold sale calls are view by businesses. Any input on this would be helpfull. Thanks,

Answer:
I hate cold call and spam email calls. They do not catch a foot in the door if they do it. Even if I want the produce I would consequently make sure I would use another firm.
Cold calling puts race on the spot so most people are imagined to say no as they havent the time to listen whereas emailing mode people can look surrounded by there own time. Also cold calling tend to make ethnic group switch off and not listen whereas sending an email money they are more likely to nick the information in or be in motion back to it. I would fairly have an email than a phone nickname or someone just turning up.. I dont own time for cold callers surrounded by my business or private life.

How to integer out an hourly rate if salaried by pay?

Question:

Answer:
Divide your salary by 2080. That is your hourly rate.
Monthly rate divided by 4, and divided by the # of hours you work a week, then divide that by the # of hours you work a sunshine.
Depends on your "Vacation" time. You can divide your salary by 2000 if you own no vacation, 2040 if you enjoy one week of paid leave, or 2080...etc..
quick route

take the thousands resembling 50K say, cut it surrounded by half, so close to $25 per hour

this works because an ave work year is like 40hours x 50 = 2000
You would enjoy to know how many hours you worked later year. Salaried employees receive paid equal amount whether we work 30 hours a week or 70 hours a week.
Salary divided by hours of work done in the month.
Divide your per annum income by 52.
That will give you the weekly amount.
Then divide that number by 40.
That will bestow you the hourly wage (based on a 40 hour week)
If you are salaried, you may work more (or less) than 40 hours each week.
But, most hourly wages are figure on a 40 hour work week.
Divide the Annual Salary by 2080, which is 40 hours worked for 52 weeks. (assuming a 40 hour work week)
Divide by number of hours you work...I take it youre not an accountant.
DIVIDE THE AMOUNT YOU MAKE A YEAR BY 12(MONTHS IN A YEAR).DIVIDE THAT ANSWER BY 4(WEEKS IN A MONTH) THEN DIVIDE THAT ANSWER BY 40(ASSUMED WORK HOURS IN A WEEK. THAT SHOULD BE ABOUT HOW MUCH YOU MAKE AN HOUR
