I hold getting the runaround from dell, Ive been told it will ship contained by 48 hrs, its on backorder, someone will call me rear legs (they never do), I have talk to people who dont speak a word of English and enjoy been on the phone beside them for over 3 hours - no lie - 3 hours. I purchased my Dell about 3 years ago and have no problems. Fast delivery, worthy price, great customer service during the purchase.
Recently, however, the original monitor died. Lucky I purchased the extended 'in-home' warranty. I hold spent hours on the phone to their 'help' center in India trying to resolve this issue. I own gone through 2 refurbished monitors (they WON'T replace it with a contemporary one) which died within days of my delivery them. I finally was competent to get them to convey me a different model (still a refurb) and this one seems to work fine.
I muse the company has realize that they have a trunk problem with trait and customer service since Michael Dell has a moment ago returned as CEO.
