These companies are private organizations near boards elected by the shareholders. Those boards determine the pay nessesary to in safe hands the employment of the Executive they fell will deliver the best possible results. If you don't like it, don't work for the company, invest within its stock. Its that simple. Don't ask big brother government to step surrounded by tell a company what it can take-home pay its employees. Perhaps they should step contained by and put an artificial cap on how much you trademark surfing the internet at work.

I would be most worried of the Chinese who are still communist, fascists and are using capitalism and cheap labor to produce goods and services at low prices, dumping this on the world souk and using this money to build their military. This is being done by the Chinese terrifically effectively without highly much publicity. China wants to be an overwhelming force surrounded by the world and a superpower. India is another country that could easily become a superpower because of huge edifying and technological advance. Russia is flexing its muscles as well and is helping to arm other countries against the US. They are a small but formidable mini super power due to nuclear and mechanical advances. Its a insecure world and I would definitely hold one eye on the Chinese.
