Negotiations tend to connote a more sophistocated transaction , or a matter involving pricier goods/products. What do I hold to do to go and get my invention concept out in that in need spending buku money on cyber- exposure?

Question:
me and others (who don't have the money to invest) imagine that I have a great impression. How can I possibly get an invester (common population too) to invest in my impression? I already have confidentiality agreements and hold done research.

Answer:
A lot will depend on the product(s). Aside from asking why your advertising would be 'fake', you may call for to advertise surrounded by some way shape or form.

The 'most inexpensive' method is to generate word of mouth interest or 'buzz' on your product. It may involve have those people who resembling your product telling others, who bring up to date others, etc. It might also involve sending samples to knob people, businesses or industry leaders who might enjoy an interest in your product (secure your patent, trademarks and copyrights first!).

You could arrange to attend trade-shows that specialize in your products nouns or in your target customer nouns.

Web-site advertising. Create a web-site & after one on e-bay or amazon that links to your home site for the product.

As you can see, it can go abundantly of ways - but, much depends on the product(s), who they are for and what type of message you can communicate.

For instance; if it's a super new beer mug - bequeath some away at bars as a promo & own a bar become a 'sponsor' within exchange for free product.

Figure out if your product can be cross-marketed (say by adding squad or business logo's), then your product is distributed via the sponsors secure and everyone they deal beside see it as well.

Keep thinking! Keep asking question! And, develop more than one plan in suitcase the first one or two don't pan out!

---

I could not reply to your e-mail, problem w/system - said you be not "confirmed"? I have no theory what that means. Anyway...

Yes, you should! I believe I put that in someplace:
"(secure your patent, trademarks and copyrights first!)." And, yes, I agree about the 'send us your invention' ad. You never really know & should secure the entire process yourself.

Think of the product as a business contained by itself and make sure it's covered contained by everyway possible. Since I don't know that the product is, it's difficult to make suggestions, but consulting an accountant, attorney, investor and insurance agent might not be out of the question to trade name sure your asset is covered.

If you haven't gotten info from the patent department yet - GET IT! The quicker you draw from through this process, the safer your product will be.

Good Luck!
There was a group call Invent Tech, I believe, that gave profusely of valuable info to my boyfriend. He have at least two inventions within the works. I think he requests more visibility, but he is doing well, considering. Try penetrating more inventor websites and check with the local bookstore or library to find polite source books that can help next to information on promoting your product.

Good Luck!

Do cable/satellite companies pay cheque or seize compensated by cable channel to catch carried?

Question:
I was discussion with a friend and we didnt know how this works. Do small cable channel (lets say I looked-for to start my own cable channel) pay satellite/cable companies to take them? They make their revenue on advertisement, so it would make sense they would want the most visibility. But in opposition, it seems close to cable/satellite companies have an incentive to transport as many channel as possible, so you would think they would call for to pay to go and get access. I also seem to talk about Dish network getting locked out of infallible channels because they refuse to pay what the channel were asking, but i cant remember for sure if it wasnt the other track around. Anyone know? Maybe its one way for larger channel and the other way around for smaller channel?

Answer:
Cable and satellite operators are grating owner and operator. TV channel pay them for using the infrastructures (cable or satellite links). Usually the cosy is base on capacity or coverage nouns, and it can be calculated based on the number of subscribers (cost per node) or base on certain systematic terms capacity such as cost per megabyte.

Last mile connection (connection between the principal cable or main satellite intertwine backbone to the subscribers houses) is usually the responsibility of the TV station.

Satellite and cable owners usually has appoint positive companies to act on their behalf for selling the infrastructures. The lease rates may swing from one provider to another, although they are using the same satellite. This is due to the difference surrounded by term of total size allocated to each of the companies.
Usually the conduit charges the cable/satellite company to carry it on their lattice. It depends on the cable/sat. provider to provide it free or at a premium to their customer.

Example would be a Pay per view show. As long as ancestors are willing to clear 49.95 for a fight, they can keep under surveillance it.

Are merchandise produced by American companies within foreign countries one and the same as their American counterparts?

Question:
When I lived abroad I be able to buy a small bottle of Coca-Cola for the equivalent of $0.35 but it didn't pretty taste approaching Coca-Cola back home. Neither did the M & Ms I bought or some of the other products produced by American companies in a foreign country. I also noticed that near was smaller number packaging for other products resembling Orbit gum or Bounty candy bars. Do they cut costs by offering a modified product contained by certain foreign market? Seems to me that they may do so to stay competitive there since oodles people wouldn't be capable of afford it otherwise.

Answer:
I believe you've answered your own question - "Do they cut costs by offering a modified product surrounded by certain foreign market? Seems to me that they may do so to stay competitive there since tons people wouldn't be capable of afford it otherwise." I think it's somewhat to stay competative but mostly because it's cheaper to manufacture surrounded by most forgein countries. There are less gov't regulations to hug to for one. Also available ingrediants may be slightly different or of an inferior quality.
Probably. Companies are cheap, that's why they make their goods overseas within the first place. It wouldn't surpirse me if they cheaped out on ingredients for foreign countries. If they crapped out the candy in the North American open market then everyone would a short time ago buy some other company's candy that still tasted honest. There may be less competition, or newly lower taste standards contained by other places.
, They do not always hold a final say contained by packaging or the recipe they use many countries enjoy different laws on allowed artificial flavours too , this is why they soft spot different , and they are made for the locals not just for Americans out of the country .

the modern ebay policy of not showing bidder name will create more fraud...do you agree?

Question:
i realize ebay has revamped it's policy after 10+ years and immediately will no longer display the id of the bidder(s) during an auction. this have opened up a brand new and unsettling opportunity for sellers to own their now anonymous friends bid on their auctions surrounded by order to artificially and unlawfully boost the bid price. i've lost all reliance in the checks and balance process necessary to track shill bidders, and assume ebay's integrity as a selling venue will decline sharply. i'd be curious to know if anyone else shares my opinion.

Answer:
You are slightly mistaken. During the auction you will be capable of see who is bidding just similar to before. What have changed is After the auction has closed, you will no longer see who did the bidding. (it will be nominated as Bidder 1, Bidder 2 etc.) The reason they are doing this is because unscrupulous culture would target people who bid on spot on items with simulated offers. I did not close to it at first but once I understood the source it really isn't that bad.
I agree next to you.
I think eBay's integrity have already declined a bit over the closing few years.
Some examples would be allowing powersellers to get away beside almost anything, such as inflated shipping. I have reported plentiful to ebay in olden times only to see duplicate sellers over and over do matching.
But I think this will as you said solely further diminish its reputation and intergrity because its almost an open invitation for shilling.
