I used the Dearborn Series 7 materials to lift the 7 and I found it to work great. It wasn't very just now and they have updated the materials a large amount but I used a combination of a self-study manual near a drill/exam practice book.
I simply read the material and took as tons practice exams as I could over the course of about 5 weeks. I be fortunate enough to intervene the first try.
They have a widespread variety of books, manual, online courses, audio CDs and other stuff to help you study. You can probably find some used books on Amazon or something for cheap as economically.
I used STC, Dearborn, and Pass the 7 Materials to help endorse the Series 7 a few weeks ago. Out of the three I say use the Kaplan/Dearborn materials and attend their week long crash course if you can.
STC is cool however the carrying out tests materials don't really hold up to the Kaplan materials in my view.
