Personally, I'd read aloud how it was nice that you come and by doing so you've shown you really cared just about my father. I hope this is enough to go and get sarted. Just ask if you need more matireal.
How something like something to the tune of "Thank you for coming (or sending flowers/donations/etc). It means seriously to us. He was a great man and will be sorely missed." I don't feel some long note is required. These relatives know that this isn't an easy situation. If it be me, I wouldn't be expecting a thank you note and if I get one, just a simple "thanks" would be plenty.

You don't need to write a thank you make a note of for those who came to the funeral. They be paying their respects to your father and his family and that's solely appropriate.
For those who sent flowers and made donations, something like this is fine:
"The home of (your father's name) would like to express their appreciation for your highly thoughtful (gift of flowers/charitable gift contained by honor of our loved one.) We graciously treatment the continued celebration of his life."
Please adopt my sympathies on your loss. Sometimes having to business with the practical items can be remedial... and I hope this is the case for you as you grasp through all the afterstuff.
I imagine that as hard as it is, you of late need to thump into you feelings and be sincere. You could write someone elses words, but that won't be matching. Thank them for their love and support and for their friendship to your Father and family. Think going on for why you are thankful to these relations and that is what you should write contained by these notes :)

Some places may try to overcome the fact that interviewees may not show at their best by inviting them to something approaching a "team-event day" where they hold to work alongside other candidates to show what skills they own.
