Called a week subsequently and they tell me I WILL NOT seize my furniture as they filed for liquidation. I charged the amount on their store card which is run by HSBC bank. We call HSBC to dispute the charge since I did not get my products. Will I still owe the money even though I did not bring my furniture? I think I am going to phone up a lawyer roughly this. Any comments?
