But support to your question, you should be honest just about your education and not fiction on your application. You should be proud of your master degrees and if they don't hire you afterwards they don't hire you.
I know a few people that own been denied employment because they be overqualified for the job, but otherwise this seems more resembling a hobby job for you (something for fun and not in the region of income) so hopefully they see that you don't feel the obligation to be compensated for your higher instruction and will be okay with something rational.
