I volunteer on ebay's Q & A board to help newbies and sellers/buyers beside problems and questions. If someone is messing you roughly speaking on ebay and you haven't paid why don't u dissolve? Do you really want the product, when the seller is choosing to cut your emails (they may be ill, away, broken computer etc though, so undergo that in mind). If you really do want the product afterwards contact ebay for seller info(eventually, as they are not expeditious to respond), as previous post suggests.
Or, Why not email the seller and ebay and tip off seller that you are cancel your contract (item won and reasonable time elapsed for street trader to deal near it) within x days (you choose the number of days)if you don't procure any response in that time. Email ebay and explain what have happened - in attendance are steps to follow for this. As someone has suggested look at the rules branch.
Good luck I agree with ilse72. I myself am an eBay street trader and sometimes the e-mails get filter out. You should call the peddler and check with them. Also check their feedback. If they are trial (10 or less FB), they may be trying to scam you. Also if the item sold for a low amount, the hawker may not want to give up the item for so cheap and is hiding from you. This warrant a dispute. But you have to use your best judgement on this. If you tag on the item number to your question, I'm sure abundant people can tender you a further opinion. Good luck.
