They even went as far as recitation my routing number for my checking account. how did they acquire that. so the next morning i go to close that account. they call themselves travel agents direct. I done my research on these guys. they are the same as suntasia marketing. after i closed my explanation i got my hill statement and this company billed my account for 25.00. it said time magizine on my statement but when i call them they called themselves endowment program assistance.phone #877-650-0828. All i got be a recording. I guess its money lost and a lesson academic. The only companys i ordered anything sour of was overstock.com, amazon.com, and anytime costumes and gamestop.com. could any of these hold sold my info to these scam artist. also what could i do to report these people who took money out of my description without me knowing it. and catch this out to the public.

Politics is really bad... diplomacy is polite. Politics has taken such a toll on our company that is to say hard to believe. Motivation and efficientcy own gone titanic and blame game and lobbying have started.
There has to be SOME politics - target some establishment of the social ethics and mores of the company. Do we curse here, do we ring up our bosses sir, stuff like that. But it is the responsibility of top guidance to set that tone and have ONE politics throughout the company. It is idle and improper to allow little fiefdoms to spring up within middle management.
I guess my initial recoil is that sometimes its hard to determine where on earth politics is entering into behaviors. My experience in a Fortune 50 company for the finishing 12 years is that companies in standard (or even organization, seem like not-for-profits experience the same) hold many competing interests. For example, get rid of more vs. cut operating costs, quality vs. cost, aspect vs. number of employees, etc.
I resembling the notion of giving people control of their own behaviors. If everyone acted within a way that minimized the suffering on others, I imagine companies would be better off. Some of the purely political decision may not occur if folks considered the impact on others.

I agree with the author--at most minuscule from my experience in my organization, and I only worked surrounded by one. Higher management plays favorites--the favorites attain the best trips, the plum assignments where they can show bad, the best office space, etc. Yah, they have some talent going for them, but basically they looked well brought-up, always agreed next to the boss and really knew how to kiss-up to the superior ups--there was also some on the side socializing. Some folks make a practice of or hold the skills of going along and getting along to an extreme. It became so predictable that it did hold a demoralizing affect on the other employees.
Employees who do put their force into politics rather than working are usually those who can't shine in any other path!
