I have written two parcels of complaint to a company and had no replies to any letter which I suggest is rude if nothing else. I bought a used vehicle in June from a saloon company, it has have faults since the morning I bought it and I have get no where any by phone or letter contained by getting faults rectify. I have be told by a few people to embezzle my complaint to the Small Claims Court, I have quoted The Sales of commodities act 1979 and Section 75 of the Consumers Credit Act contained by both my letters to them, we compensated by credit card plus another car as trade within! The car cost lb4995.00! I waffle I know but I thought the more info the better for you to answer. What I want to know is, is it a baggage for Small Claims Court? Hi - My wife took a claim to the small claims court about three years ago. As far as we can remember you return with a form to fill contained by laying out your claim.
