I recently bought a trial haircare product (CHI Silk Infusion) The product had a overrun in the bottle and leak all over my linolium floor and stained it so I thought I used everything plausible to try to lift it up and it didn't come sour it's like a neon pallid stain a really big spot so I am assuming it is a chemical reaction. I call the company of the product and they said that there isn't any grating chemicals in the product that`s why it should not stain. Well it did I said and the woman told me to try bleach or oxy clean. I did that. Didn't work. In this situation what do I do subsequent? Should I call the company spinal column and try and get them to fix it or is this my idiosyncrasy. Do I call the linolium company? Should they be liable the floor is singular 2 years old. Take pictures of the artificial area and wish out a lawyer and show him. Ask him what he recommend, he will probably tell you to contact the company again and report to them they need to fix your floor or they will own lawsuit on their hands. Document everything, phone call, letters, etc.
I would recommend though if you find your cost to pursue the company for their liability more overpriced than a exotic floor, just drop it and catch an area rug or a topical floor.
