A certified letter have no format. Certified is simply a method of mailing a missive that provides proof of delivery. Simply write your memo, address it as normal, and whip it to the post office. Tell them you want to convey it Certified, Return Receipt Requested. Pay the postage and it's done.
I'm not sure what exactly you're asking, but if you're thinking of sending somebody a "legal" looking letter to collect money owed, guess about it. Don't misrepresent yourself as a attorney or collection agency.

Send the person a notification saying the money is overdue and this will be the closing notice earlier sending the account to a collection agency, which will affect their credit rating for any and adjectives future loans, credit cards, mortgages, etc...
I would also mention that any and adjectives collection agency fees, court fees and lawyer costs would be added on to their bill, if you did convey it to an agency.
Send the letter via registered communication, so they have to sign for it and you enjoy proof that they received it. It only cost nearly 2 dollars.

I jump into Sears and compare prices to other retailers and find that Sears is almost always greater. One big mistake on an investment and the company could be in big trouble. Just my feelings.
I applaud you on providing excellent service. Most people enjoy become so desensitized to horrible service that its all they expect from retailers at the moment.

There’s two ways to step about it. The one motioned above roughly speaking the library works, but it will take you abundantly of time since you will have to contact the individual wholesalers yourself (been in that, done that… for months). Some of them will work with you, but various won’t unless you’re an established business and are able to buy surrounded by volume (by that, I mean by the truckload). Another approach, which I found to work better, is to use a wholesaler service. Some will charge a fee, but you will win access to legitimate wholesalers seriously faster to get your business going (which I assume is what you are wanting to do). There are a great deal of them advertised, but to be honest, plentiful are scams. I hold found a few that are legitimate, and I’ve provided links to them on my website, http://www.buddyandoscars.com surrounded by the webmasters and web services wedge. Although I got out of wholesale/retail sale altogether and into affiliate marketing instead because I started making too much money selling sex toys to spend any more time with the wholesale business, I hold worked with them, and the time and force they save you is worth the investment. They’re for legitimate businesses, or individuals that are looking to start a business and necessitate products. Your local library should own or have access to directories of wholesalers... lawful ones. You can also consider buying direct from manufacturers and those directories are also available; however, libraries usually enjoy these as "reference only" so bring alter for the copy machine.
