I am US citizen living overseas now. I ordered a product on Feb 9th & they charged my mastercard $133.00 that afternoon but haven't shipped the product yet.
They haven't replied to any of my e mail & when I call them they first couldn't even find any annals and today they are saying we own to check if my mastercard is genuine.
I own ordered from them once before & even later they shipped only after repeated requests.
