I have bought a bed from Macy's but after a few months I have be having rear ache and totally uncomfortable sleeping on the bed. I call them but they didnt want to do anything becuase of a small stain on the bed. I had compensated around $1000 for the bed. I would like to exchange the it beside another one but they are making it hard for me to acquire it replaced. The bed has a 20 year warranty. How do you recommend I should touch this situation?

I have rung NTL multiple times to report that my touchtone phone line is substandard. As my NTL line is not working I cannot call for free from my NTL landline. When I phone call from a non-NTL line, I am charged for two minutes beckon before one told that there is a waiting time of approximately partially an hour!

The problem with this country is that telephone centres draw on mupets. (not all call upon centres, but most). They don't donate a toss about the individual on the other end of the phone. Thats why nought ever gets done. The staff turn over is high-ranking, hence you never speak to the same being twice.
