For example have gyms, afterschool study for kids at a libary and set aside some kind of rewards for students that attend these places (like free lunch at a resturant or contribution cards to the mall) how to do this is to have a offical at the park or libary sign past its sell-by date that they were nearby. This way students are doing something for institution and at the same time they own no clue they are. It will pay bad in the finishing no matter how much it will cost the arts school.
