Electricity to pale the shop and run the hairdryer. Cost of renting premises and business rates etc. Wages. These are all relevent costs when decide how much to charge me for my haircut.
However if she requests to eat at a local resturant dduring her lunch time, explicitly not a relevant cost when deciding how much to charge for my hairstyle.
