how can a company near $10million sale own an "IPO" of $billions?

Question:
actually what is the business behind ipo

Answer:
its similar to that man
Sometimes companies get on the primary edge of big trends. The first $10 million contained by CDs, cell phones and DVDs, indicated the beginnings of huge trends. CDs replace vinyl records. cell phones become something nearly everyone owned and used. DVDs replaced video tapes.

People want to acquire in on the ground floor and construct a lot of money. So, these hot IPOs dance for a whole lot more than regular IPOs.

Also, stock prices are supposed to reflect, not the company's sale today, but rather, the sale over the next few years. Nobody does an IPO unless they hold a story about why within company will grow.

Let's say I own a $10M company, but I can convince investors I will double every year for the next 3 years.
Next year: $20M, 2nd year $40M, 3rd year $80M. Let's suppose I own a great %12 income level (double the income rate of abundantly of companies). On $80M, %12 = $9.6M income. If investors give me a 20 PE ratio, that make my whole company worth 20 time $9.6M, or $192M. Not a billion, but within the neighborhood of a fifth of a billion.

So, if a $10M company can do an IPO for a billion, people are thinking it will do much better than double for the subsequent several years.

There are examples of companies that were competent to do that (G00GLE, Ciscso, etc.).
An IPO is initial public offering.

If the company and or products look like sale can be grown in the subsequent few decades.. investors will pay huge premium prices for the stocks.

Say a single stocks book or core price is worth a measly $15 dollars. Investors may earnings $1500 a single stock if the future looks promising satisfactory.

Does this help?

I didn't orde any video from video professor i contacted them and they returned my phone ring in a minute i would lre

Question:
like to own my money returned back to my ridge as they promised
i put a tracker on the videos and they did recieve them oni believe the 27th of feb at 10:08 am please agree to me know how i can call them if you can provide a phone no,

gratitude daniel zickel 515-957-4461

Answer:
For one thing, I recommend that you don't put your phone number on RunEye.com or anywhere else on the network.

In the first part of your press, you say you didn't instruct the videos.

Then next on in the sound out, you state that you want your money refunded.

If you received something contained by the mail, it's address to you and you didn't order or compensate for it - you may legally preserve it and owe nothing. However the right entry to do - law not withstanding is to contact the sender and return it to them.

If you did directive these videos, looked at them and immediately have returned them, you are bound by the video professor return policies. Sorry...

In the adjectives, avoid buying this crap and visit your local library. They probably own lots of computer tutorials, books and videos which you can check out for several weeks for free.

how do da advantage of currency of one nation determined beside respect to other of a country???eg:1 INR=50 US $?

Question:
like wat i said dat 1 INR = 50 US $ how do anyone set da values of currency of one nation... Who does dis work of DETERMINING da pro of currency to a nation... IS IT DA WORLD BANK???

Answer:
1) You are wrong, it's 50 INR = $1 !

2) You have a strange pronounciation for the "th" nouns...

3) 2 cases:
- The rate is fixed primarily in respectively national stock exchange. It depends thus on offer and constraint for both currencies. Then each money changer decide which rate he will use, taking the S.E. rate as reference.

- In few coutries, the rate is fixed by the state. Money changers are state oficins. Because the rate is not regulated by a flea market, there is usually metamorphose restrictions such as you cannot change rear more that you changed to the country's currency.
There is no single person/agency that determines the exchange rate. The exchange rates are determined by the dynamics of forex market (basically a web of forex dealers across the globe). Its predominantly derived by constraint supply patterns, the strength of the discount of the country of the currency and the interest rates prevailing in the country of the currencies (or surrounded by other words the earnings you can receive if you invest in that currency)
When will this crop up !
Imagine the world when 1 INR = Rs.50.00
It depends on the simple theory of constraint and supply. For example a country like USA exports and import many products and the transactions are carried out in dollars. In the country which is import the products, the demand for dollars increases and hence its efficacy goes up contained by relation to the currency f that country. If the supply of dollars is more then its attraction will get lower. Another function why India s currency is inferior to that of other countries is because of devaluation ., i e deliberate cut rate in the effectiveness of money.
By auctions, supply and demand. Since most countries do not be in motion by gold standard.

Use to be by gold ingots standard.
depending only constraint not depends actual value

Why does the US mint save trying to introduce dollar coins?

Question:
Every time they come out they're a new size beside a new frontage. And every time they flop in language of popularity. Will they ever learn?

http://abcnews.stir.com/business/wirestory...

Answer:
Liberal socialists are trying to turn America into France. In France they have dollar coins and the Frenchies freshly love them, so let's shove them down the throats of Americans!

That's how the socialists in the treasury surmise. This coin is destined for FAILURE.
coins are harder to counterfeit and easier to make
I do not reckon they will ever take hold. The blind can not differentiate between a quarter and these. Many those make mistakes next to them.
I think they are for a collector of coins and this is something like it.
Dollar coins are far less expensive than bills because they hold up within circulation for decades rather than months. That's what motivates them (You do know that you, the taxpayer, foot that bill?). The US seem to be one of the few countries that still uses paper for low plus denominations.
In Britain they got rid of pound action and switched to pound coins years ago, purely because notes wear out more like lightning than coins - especially when they're small denominations that get used regularly. I'm interested to hear that people don't close to dollar coins, because pound coins are pretty popular - they're quite distinct contained by terms of their size, so no problems for blind ethnic group; and they're quite nice to look at (gold coloured beside various different designs representing the different British countires). More only just they've introduced a lb2 coin which is even prettier (part gold, slice silver; the basic design represents technology but they also do lots of special designs commemorating diverse things - right now within my wallet I've got one eith a DNA double helix on it that say 'deoxyribonucleic acid' round the edge).
It's a business off of the coin collectors. Each time they bring in a commemorative coin that a coin collector keeps and does not spend, the cutback strengthens. That means, for example, for smaller quantity than the price of 25 cents, I have superior the value of the discount by 25 cents each time a collector removes a commemorative quarter from the discount.

This trend gets even better: for $19.95, you can buy a GOLD quarter commemorating 9/11.
You take the idea.
coins second a lot longer than composition other than that they appeal more to collectors so they never procure spent and are usually sold for more than they are worth somebodys making money on them
There are many things you clear for with brass that are under $5. As most race store bills in a wallet and coins contained by their pocket, this means that you can put your wallet away in need waiting for bills if paying with a fiver, or simply grasp a handful of coins out to pay lacking ever reaching for your wallet.

I've moved from England, where we stopped using lb1 transcription a long time ago in wish of coins. I really don't like the resume and find the coins much more convenient. The monetary denomination in the US really doesn't support the use of a tabloid $1 any more.
They keep trying because a newspaper dollar doesn't last long and the cost of continually re-printing thesis dollars is so high. Coins should later at least one contemporaries. Furthermore, with inflation over the second few decades, a paper dollar is worth essentially what a dime be worth in the sixties. That is, today, a dollar is a small denomination and it is more cost successful to make such small bits of money be coins instead of composition.
Besides the points mentioned above, I feel that the fresh Presidential Dollar Coin Program coins honoring ex-US presidents are very collectable and enlightening. Perhaps the one mistake this program is making is not tying it to the removal of the dollar note.
i guess they purely want us to use dollar coins

A $5 bill next to red writting on it worth anything?

Question:
I have some money that i found of my grandparents. There is some $5 bills that hold red writing on them from the year 1963 series. Are they worth anything? Is there a network site i can find more information on?

Answer:
yes i dont know a website but check out the ones on ebay
These are U.S. Notes your are referring to. The $5 one are very adjectives, and even in uncirculated condition, they are worth one a few dollars premium. A used one perchance about $7-$9. In 1963, U.S.Note be also made in $100 denomination. These are fundamentally rare and a used on surrounded by fine condition would bring about $150-$200, a trial one about $ 300-$400.
alla voll cool
5 bucks or so
Look above the picture - sometimes it will say aloud something like "Silver Certificate" - those can be worth more than obverse value.

Best bet is to bear it to two or three places that sell coins - they should be capable of give a free appraisal (but don't in recent times sell to the first one!)

Best of luck!

What is an MFG Warranty?

Question:
Tell me as much as you can about it.

Answer:
Sorry---I don't know if this is correct, but I other just assumed it be the "manufacturer's warranty" (as opposed to the store's). Meaning: if you enjoy problems with it, and the store won't discount you or satisfy you, the factory owner will. Now, thanks to the internet, it is easier to find out where on earth to find manufacturer's info.

I would be glad to be corrected, but I always see "mfr" warranty---which may be same as "mfg" (which is the abbrev. for "manufacturing")
It is a manufacturer warranty.
The specific product will come with documentation stipulating the liability to the manufacturer and below what conditions and time periods it will be honored.
This differs from an extended warranty within that it is usually offered and sold by a third party beside no connection to the capitalist or retailer.
mfg = manufacturer

It is the coverage offered by the company which created an item - as anti the store which sells it.

Often, if here is a problem and it is beyond the 30 days when you bought it from the store (depending upon store policy) you need to seize in touch beside the manufacturer for issues.

Hope that explains it.
