I have a problem with an online lay down couple of years ago, where I ordered a present for someone and every time it arrived the jacket was broken. No pious for a present, I telephoned them and they sent someone to collect it and sent me another beside no extra costs as not my fault. I have to do this 3 times before I get one that wasnt broken.
In the end they told me not to convey the last one vertebrae, to keep it for myself at no extra cost aswell as the one that be undamaged.
Most companies will do things as a customer relations goodwill gesture when an error on their division has occur.
